Men, your choice is between two women:

Woman A: Looking at her, she's the girliest girl to ever girl. Loves dresses, makeup, heels etc. Gets her nails done every week and won't leave the house without a full face of makeup under any circumstances. BUT she's assertive, confident and self sufficient, and happy to finance her own high maintenance lifestyle. Makes significantly more money than you. Prefers to pay for herself and insulted at the very thought of being "provided for" (but does like it when you surprise her with a cute pair of shoes) also doesn't mind paying for you on dates sometimes. Empathetic when she needs to be, but approaches both her own problems and yours with a pragmatic "OK, but what are we going to do about it" attitude. If her career required her to move halfway across the world, she'd expect you to drop your life and come with her. She would not do the same for you. She's a naturally stoic person; You could be together for decades and will never see her cry. Even her eyes getting wet is a rare, fleeting occasion.

Woman B: On first glance you'd assume she's a lesbian. Short hair, no makeup, doesn't shave legs, clothing far beyond tomboyish and well into macho territory. Has masculine hobbies, probably better with a drill and screwdriver than you, swears a lot, and openly discusses "bodily functions". BUT at home she is a sweet, caring and submissive partner. Maybe a housewife or SAHM, but even if she does work, she holds it as imperative to have a hot meal waiting for you when you get home. Doesn't want you lifting a finger around the house. If you go on dates she expects you to pay, as its your duty to provide, and expects you to be "her rock" when things get tough regardless of how tough they are for you too.

Women, here's your options:

Man A: A big, hairy, muscular, powerlifter type with a beard and tattoos. Knows boxing and other martial arts. BUT turns into a blubbering mess when he sees a cute baby, dog or cat. Regularly cries at films and shows, and has a naturally nurturing personality. You'd be the the leader of your household and he follows your lead without question. Doesn't mind you paying but will never expect it. Despite his size, strength and fighting skills, is not naturally assertive and prefers to walk away from confrontations, meaning you're the one who has to push your way through a crowd or insist the lazy bank clerk helps you, but he will fight if you need protecting. Will support you through your problems but would need you to soothe his tears too. Would be happiest as a stay-at-home dad or some other kind of nurturing role.

Man B: You'd probably assume he's gay on first glance. Dyed/coloured hair, painted nails, makeup, flamboyant clothing. Maybe crossdresses on occasion. BUT capable of fighting. Not aggressive, but won't back down if he thinks someone is trying to play him. Stoic. Your problems are for both of you while his problems are his own. Doesn't like you paying for anything and is happiest when he's providing for you. Wants you to stay home and be a mother to his kids, and happy to work extra hard to make that possible. Will teach your son that it's OK to paint his nails and wear pink dresses, while also heavily enforcing "boys don't cry" mentality and telling him that if the other boys bully his girly hobbies, the best response is to take teeth.
