You learn nothing from this in a direct sense -- Tom Brady is a 0.000001% man, and his wife is in the same group on her end. They don't live like us -- they may as well be another race. You shouldn't extrapolate anything about women's nature, divorce-rape, or any other cookie cutter RP principles from this situation.

What you can learn is that being your own person and buying into your skills and your trade will always help you in the long run. You may not be a highly coveted woman, a financial behemoth, or the greatest QB to touch a football -- but you enjoy things, and you're probably pretty good at some of them.

Countless men and women lose their sense of self while in relationships -- men often during marriage, women during motherhood. Retaining that sense of self should be something you value and something your partner values in you. Brady and Gisele will be fine because they're their own people.

We obviously don’t know the reasons but can only speculate as outsiders looking in. It doesn’t appear she just walked away at any moment. They’ve been together a long time and she clearly loved him and sacrificed her own career to take care of the kids - his profession takes him away from home a huge chunk of time. This was obviously a choice they both made. However, he’s even said he missed many birthdays and family time and that his wife wanted him to spend more time with the family. So this isn’t coming out of left field. He’s in his twilight years she asked now that he’s close to the end to retire so he can spend more time with them- it’s not like she asked him at his peak. He agreed, then took it back. I don’t think she’s being unreasonable.

This is just the story of two people who want to break up and it's an amicable break up and they're just old school celebrities who feel like they have to ease the public into their decision but they don't know that the public either doesn't care or wants them to hurry up and make a decision And either divorce or stay together but we don't need this back and forth minutiae.

What can we learn? Not much more than we already know here. Tom and Giselle are still in the tops of their looks, their careers, their money, and their kids are getting to that self sufficient empty nester stage.

One of Tom's kids isn't even Giselle's, it's his ex Bridget Monahans kid. So he's used to paying child support. If he ends up having to pay child support on the other two, it'll be for less than a decade which is the snap of a finger for a man his age.

For us normal folks, we can basically learn nothing. They both probably want to be public with other people but still be good guys so they're dragging this out for the public so that Giselle looks like a woman putting her kids first and Tom looks like a man devoted to the game. Something that both of their respective fans can be happy with while they move on.

No, I guess we can learn something: At best, humans are naturally serially monogamous. Tom and Giselle are just wealthy enough and good looking enough to get away with it and not look like the bad guy.

What we can learn is that legacy, achievements and being with the bros is way more fun long term than being with the hoes.

Im not a pro athlete but I’ve worked in pro sports and the more I would work out and see the people daily at the training facility and shoot shit with them, it’s very easy to just forget about everything else.

Especially when you are 30+ plus and aren’t as horny as you are at 19.

I literally stop thinking about women the more I’m in the gym and going to the training facility daily.

Ironically it’s when I lose shape and it’s the off season and I don’t see the front office staff, the players, the chef/kitchen peeps daily that I think more about women/relationships.

If I was a pro coach for example, I know for sure they’d have to carry me in a coffin off the sideline….I’d drop down leagues just to keep having the ability to go to training daily and see my players and the staff.

He finally walked away, then then walked back in after 40 days and that, evidently, was the last straw for her. ~~To be honest it doesn’t seem like there is a Lesson.~~ The guy retired and is spending more time at home. They’ve probably spent more time together than they ever have and started to realize there is a compatibility issue. Disagreements that have been pushed aside because maybe neither of them had the time to fully the address them. Their time apart helped the issues shrink into the back round. In my current relationship there was a six month 1000 mile long-distance time after 2 years of seeing each other every day. We quickly realized we had a communication issue. Among other things I had always been extremely emotionally unavailable. I was not able to share how I felt and liked the ability to listen when my wife was sharing how she felt. We didn’t have the proper space and setting to address the issue it fell to the back burner and things moved on. When we finally move in together we had an extremely rough year figuring out how to navigate our issues that we previously ignored. We worked through it and happily married 8 years later.

After Typing that it out I know realize there is a lesson to be learned. When you and your partner through distant through work or physical distance you will develop issues but they will not be properly addressed until later in the future where things are much worse. After a long period, One or both Well have built up resentment and when things start coming forward it could either be catastrophic or the best thing ever for strengthening the relationship.

I do not keep up with celebrity drama and this is pure speculation on my end. Just something that if true, I can relate to
