Edit: OP is a little click-baitey, the top 5% stat is actually from a 2010 study regarding the concentration and distribution of sex. The studies showing an increasing concentration of sex partners among the top % of men ran from 2002-2012, so it's still unknown how much that distribution has further shifted.
