That they are the selectors and have an easier time finding sexual and romantic partners.
That they have a higher baseline of desirability out of the gate and have easier beauty standards. A girl can be short, tall, small boobed, medium boobed, even fat and find guys who genuinely prefers and lusts for her. Guys don't get that. Yeah, we can be settled for but an average height or short guy will never find a girl who explicitly prefers his height or considers it a positive trait. The best most guys can hope for is to be settled for, never to experience what its actually like to meet someone's preference/ideal.
That things like anxiety, depression are more tolerated in them.
That they get more sympathy and support for their struggles.
That they don't have to lose their hair.
edit (thought of another one) Women don't have to worry as much about sexual prowess. If sex is bad it's generally assumed to be the guys fault, either he lacked skill, didnt turn her on enough or wasn't big enough downstairs. I don't think women have to deal with that as much or to the same extent. They can do kegels to aleviate any concerns with tightness which probably isn't an issue anyways and guys are easier to please in bed overall so I think it's much easier for girls to be among a guys best sexual experiences.

Men’s physical size/strength and ability to defend themselves. (Although it’s important to note anyone can be attacked and I think men sometimes overestimate their safety.)
How people tend to listen to what men say and respect them more in conversations while women are constantly interrupted and talked down to.
How men are allowed to age naturally.
How people generally don’t treat men’s private lives and bodies as public property to comment on and question. (For example, unsolicited comments on clothes, hair, makeup, tattoos, kids, marriage, etc. People who barely know you can be pretty invasive with their questions and “advice.”)
Less time getting ready in the morning to look “acceptable.”

Overall I’m happy being a woman, but I do wish those aspects of being a woman would change.

As a woman I feel like women are fucking spineless. They accept many shitty situations out of fear of getting judged and convince themselves that they're doing it out of some noble cause. Men do this as well, but to a lesser extent.

Men rarely get judged for prioritizing career over family. They can leave childcare to a woman who will throw away her career to change diapers and call herself a "homemaker" to make cleaning and wiping baby asses appear more important.

Men perceive their sexual options to be more limited, but when they manage to exercise them without recurring to violence they won't be the ones to be shamed. While women have more options, they are shamed to exercise them, so they have to play stupid games to not appear easy to the same men they assume would fuck anything that moves and convince themselves that they avoid sex to create more intimacy. Let's stop kidding ourselves. The few confident women who are not interested in casual sex don't need an excuse to not sleep around. If you need an excuse, chances are you want to sleep around but are too afraid of what others will think of you.

Physical strength.

I hate knowing that I'll always be seen as an easy target and that a lifetime of training will make me about as strong as an average untrained man at best. I hate that I can't socialize on the level of men because squaring up and standing my ground won't ever work because of how weak I am. I hate being treated like a kid because I have the same physical agency as one. No amount of """protection""" from men is worth the constant infantilization.

(Yes I have guns. No they aren't an instant equalizer. Shooting anyone for anything less than the immediate threat of bodily harm will end in prison time, so men will still be able to easily get away with sexual assault and the like if there's no other men around willing to stop them.)

As a man, I do about 4 hours of weight training per week to keep myself fit. And I know I would be completely invisible to women if I didn't do that. How do I know that? Because being invisible was my reality for years when I didn't work out. And it's not like I was fat or something. I just wasn't fit. And I'm no chick magnet now either....but it's amazing how much hard work is required to even get a modicum of attention as a man.

What makes me jealous? The fact that majority of women literally just need to exist to have sex appeal. 0 work required. The far majority of attractive women I know in person (and attractive women are EVERYWHERE), none go to the gym or adhere to a proper diet. Clothing and cosmetics. Women have a much greater variety of fashion/cosmetic choices that are considered acceptable for them to wear. Men generally have to stick to a few certain clothing styles and haircuts, cannot wear makeup, etc. I personally would love to wear long, floral coats and decorate myself with every color on the palette, but I don't because my family would 100% tear me a new one over it and I'd be ridiculed for the rest of my life.

People being kinder to you. It's a little upsetting when I compare the treatment I received as a small child to the treatment I receive now. Strangers used to smile and wave, employees at stores and restaurants would greet me affectionately, people would rush to help/comfort me if I was hurt or having a problem. It's completely changed since I've gone through puberty and am basically an adult now. People who are passing me just nod or ignore me altogether, nobody says hello or asks how I'm doing anymore. Employees of businesses are often just flat-out rude to me these days. Nobody really looks out for me anymore, it's just assumed that I can take care of things on my own and I've been stuck in some difficult situations because of this.

I’m jealous of men’s physical strength. Even with minimal maintenance effort most of them are strong. They can pee standing up. Where are all men going at night by themselves? Am I the only one staying home? I cant be the only guy who thinks it's not a good idea for both men and women to go out solo at night, especially when drinking is involved? I sure as shit would not feel safe walking in a huge city at night by myself. When I was younger and out a lot, I was always with people, never went solo.

If I were to go for a walk at night in a more suburban or rural area, I'd still keep one headphone out so I could hear my surroundings. Feel like it's common sense and something I'll pass on to both my sons and daughters, but women here sure do fantasize about night walks.
