For Normal people:

good looks (nothing extraordinary, just fit and no shorter than 5 inches taller than his girl, with a good face, haircut and trimmed, good skin too)
has a stable job and earns above average wage
has productive hobbies that make him happy
he's knowledgeable and reads (stimulates the brain positively, bound to see positive changes in behavior)
has friends
women are interested in him
well dressed
has a skill that sets him apart (artist, instrument player, good at a certain sport, etc.)

I'd say a high value man is a man who is competent, honest, confident enough to lift others up instead of dragging them down, passionate about life, and protects and provides for the people he cares about as well as himself.

But if you're asking what's popular with women on apps, they generally prefer a man who is handsome, tall, fit, athletic, extraverted, neurotypical, demonstrates wealth and social status, and is white. I assume the question is in regards to high value in the context of being sexually successful? If that is the case:

Most important: Handsome face, height/size, muscle mass/bodyfat, general external indicators of good health such as youthfulness, clear skin, good posture, etc.

Secondarily important: Intelligence as demonstrated through humor/skills/craft/competence/etc, social network, income/resources, social status.

Only matters for longer term relationships: Personality. And this one is more about compatibility than anything else.

Traits that women find attractive

- Above average height, good looking face, full head of hair

- Broad shoulders, above average muscle mass, low body fat

- Wealthy, career successful

- High social status (could be popularity, connections, prestige, fame)

- Confidence, socially competent

- Pre-selected by women, sexually experienced

Obviously you don't need all these to be high value to women, you just need enough of them while meeting the minimumstandard in the other categories.

It doesn't exist. It all depends on the value women and other peers perceive. It's more like a peacock and less like a male dog/wolf/cheetah.

A so - called "high value man" is just a man that has, metaphorically speaking, it's peacock tail longer that the one of his peers.

Usually a tall, good-looking, sociable and fairly dumb but socially smooth man. A highly developed brain, a brain that questions everything, yields empathy, which is inherently a "beta" trait, a low-value characteristic. Compassion is required, but compassion accompanied by pity and for second purposes is much more valued by compassion linked to empathy. No matter what people may think, men like Jesus, Siddharta (Buddha), Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein or even, to mention good - looking ones, Albert Camus, John Nash or most grunge musicians from the 90's weren't exactly men of high perceived value, despite their status given by their good looks and talent, or competence in their field. Most of them were mocked, made fun of and treated like frauds (see how an objectively attractive 6'1" Layne Staley was treated by the mainstream press).

Economical wealth and social status gained after the late teens don't bring "value"; that means that people aren't going to perceive him well, or at least the herd's perception of him will be highly polarized (see Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg: independently from their real personality, people look at them with suspect, because they "tricked nature", just as much as a late bloomer does, by becoming good-looking after his social value has already been set);

and last, but certainly not least, high perceived value changes with the way the species evolves, while status varies with the evolution of society. These two are extremely different things, one strictly related to biology and the other one more linked to the psychology of individuals, their social environment and their mindset as a "mass".

I find using adjectives before human beings unrational hence if the context calls for it I use it as one of the qualities that does not define the person wholly: A guy that I find highly valuable etc. and in this case that guy would have the perceivable qualities such as:

Holding ownership of his perspective and acting with deep gratitude towards his being - not in a spiritual way but that too might coincide to a degree - and knowing that others have the same inherently valuable perspective and related to that having a meaning-based compass with which he try to act even in the harshest of the chaoses while trying to be as multi-faceted as he can by merely deeply existing according to his ever-growing experiential accumulation.

High value is in the eye of the beholder.

There are plenty of situational "alphas" out there who are highly valued within their circle (due to artistic talents and sensibilities, intellectual prowess, political/religious/spiritual conviction, hobbies, attitudes, etc.) and are extremely desirable within their circles, but who would not otherwise deserve a second glance when seen walking down the street.

There are muscle-bound hunks who are seen by some women as intellectual cretins who offer no value. Rich guys who bohemians would not even not waste the energy to spit on, let alone talk to.

There are types with broader appeal; and types with more niche appeal. A man who has chosen not to stand out in any sense is inherently of low value.

1) Intelligence - HVM are logical, rational, analytical and has great foresight/insight. They are highly educated, knows multiple languages.
