Assumption 1: IN GENERAL women have a harder time reaching orgasm than men do - even without a partner present¹

Assumption 2: This GENERALLY holds true across cultures, societies, and upbringing. Though these things can make it worse

Assumption 3: Humans evolved over millions of years and most of our firmware has not caught up to current day realities

There's likely a reason that female orgasms are more tricky, complex, elusive, or difficult than men's orgasms. What is the reason?

Another way to ask this: How might it have been beneficial for women in the hunter/gathering days to not orgasm as easily as men?
