So many of my coworkers were talking a big game, saying immediately once an RTO is put in place they would be gone. However, once it got implemented, they miraculously all forgot saying that. Had one who’d literally been telling me for years that if it happened she’d be out the door, guess who’s sitting catty corner to my cubicle.

My only criticism of universal healthcare is that it seems like a bandaid fix in the U.S. instead of addressing the root problem which is intentional overcharging. If hospitals charge a patient $2,000 for antibiotics when it costs the hospital pennies, we shouldn’t say “let’s fund it from the taxpayers money” but rather “We need to legally punish hospitals that knowingly overcharge patients”. I don’t know why I’m not seeing that solution advertised.

Universal healthcare probably would work in the U.S but only if we overhaul the root of the problem but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

The only thing is, when someone claims the same sex literally neeever act in the same way, can never think in the same way, it's obvious you will get less support because it isn't true. I’ve heard situations where two people agree to co parent their child without anything on paper legally just a handshake gentleman’s agreement. For example I’ll pick up junior on weekends and drop him off to you Sunday night. It’s all good until someone gets mad or envious now one party has to go to court to get things legally ironed out and defined on paper but there are like I wish I did that from the jump.
