He enjoys delivering truths in a sardonic fashion to his male and female callers.

At one point he fielded equal parts male and female callers. Seeing ppl that delusional and entitled get a “reality check” is always entertaining. Canna lie.

As he’s gotten more popular, I think he realized that his core audience is bitter and/or “low value” men who would much rather see him belittle women and not men. So that’s been his focus of late.

That said, I find anyone calling themselves a “high value man” or “high value woman” peak cringe. It’s contrived and personally screams “low rent” to me. Like they watched too much “lifestyles of the rich and famous.”

He’s quippy and snappy which makes for good entertainment. He’s kind of effeminate but I guess that was all the rage in 18th century “genteel” England.

A dandy, historically, is a man who places particular importance upon physical appearance, refined language, and leisurely hobbies, pursued with the appearance of nonchalance in a cult of self. There it is. Kevin gives “poser” or “wannabe.” Similar to a dandy! I personally think it comes off sort of lame, but I do get why he and his show have mass appeal.

In many ways, he reminds me of the divorced Kappa uncle at a family cookout who can’t stop talking lol. He’s very on brand.

He says the same thing over and over and over. There is no new information or interesting debates. KS in a nutshell: “HVM (high earners) and men in general want young and submissive and agreeable. Women’s expectations are disproportionately geared towards men out of their league.” If it’s a single mom then he recommends for her to go back to her cheating ex because as a single mom she is can only achieve a “side-piece” status. What else? Just very very narrow niche parroting advice based on the red pill. His audience particularly enjoys him roasting female callers as he usually drags them at any cost. I don’t take him seriously and don’t find him witty/smart or his ideas profound and insightful. Now, Sleep Before You Think or even CBP Channel are much much better content creators imho

I like to think of it as a live version of r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen. lol. Some women are simply delusional and cannot fathom that their standards are higher than what they can hope to achieve. Even worse is that many think they DESERVE love and they DESERVE to be married. Many are surprised to hear that they need to EARN a man's commitment for that to happen.

He says a lot of things that make common sense. Like,

Women do not know how to be wives to the men they want (or how to be wives, period)
Women wait too long to settle down and find themselves competing against the younger/hotter women going for the men they want
A single mother is more of a liability than an asset to a man
Men need to build themselves up before they consider marriage; whereas, women need to choose good men when they are younger/prettier to have the most success in terms of marriage
Women who want a HVM need to compete to get them, especially if he's built himself up to be in the top 10-20% of all earners
Children raised by single parents do worse than those raised by both parents

He does give actionable advice to the women that call. Women have given testimonials about them being better partners to their men and having their relationships improve as a result of listening to KS.

His detractors/haters tend to be upset at his tone versus his message. Or they're upset that he's taking away women's hope. They'd rather hear a comforting lie than the brutal truth.

He's kind of like the old-school elder that people used to listen to for advice. He'll let women know that men are visual and being fit/in-shape will pay dividends in attracting HVM. Although a woman's career/education is nice for her to have, those are not the primary motivators that men use to choose women with whom to court/mate. And whether women want to believe this or not, they need a man to survive. The ages of 40-80 will be rather difficult without someone there to help you when health problems start to develop. The alternative is to "buy a dog and die alone".

In other interviews (linked) he mentioned his dysfunctional childhood and lack of a father who preferred to sire other families which could be tied to such strongly-held misogynistic beliefs. He didn’t have a strong male figure to teach him about real love, family, or valuing women outside of looks, ageism, and sex.

He’s finely dressed, smoke & mirrors, and cunning to make money off of people without true critical thinking or research skills which disprove some of his claims about women, statistics, and even his own past.

Kevin Samuels is rude and his delivery drowns out his message. He also is feminine in behavior. If he isn’t bisexual at minimum, his demeanor is not congruent.

He wants to be like Gordon Ramsey and Simon Cowel. But the people they cuss out usually have therapists, came from good homes, and live in suburbia. I think he’s taking the wrong route speaking that way to the one race with genetics of being abused in their DNA for 400 years. Everyone may have faced struggled but none as unique as blacks. Only group that comes remotely close are the Jews.

I stopped watching his show for a while. I really would like to see him do a panel of people, have a producer of the show as well. Watching him stare at his computer and look at the chat and likes and hustle for likes is annoying. When he started to do that dial tone aol connecting to the internet sound I was out for sure. I would also like for him to show his stats on screen. (this is for fresh and fit as well.) Too many times we have conversations saying the stats but we have all this technology and we can't pull it up to show the audience of where they are getting them etc. If he changes his formats to something like this, I will tune back in but otherwise Ill check out all of the standout clips from him and just take other people's word for it.

They also hate that he's quite open about the fact they should be able to do what they want, and if they're fine ending up alone with nothing but cats and box wine, then that's their perogative, but if they want to be married with kids then they need to fix their god awful behavior.

I think he's doomed to failure, women will NEVER control their destructive hedonism, even if that'd be to their own benefit, but I respect his hustle. Nice to see someone actually try to improve not just the black community, but society in general rather than scream "everything bad is white men's fault" and pretend like that solves anything. His advice to men has been integral for me to revamp how I approached life, and his HENRY video really cinched the fact that this guy has been around the block more times than I've SEEN the block, and that I should listen.

Any HENRY, with options, who spent their 20s and/or 30s dating educated modern women can relate to his show. Those HENRY'S met all the types and learned all the SIGN language tactics. All the types!

It's fascinating to see someone pull it all together and speak on it. KS says things and points out things that every HENRY, with options, who dated educated modern women has experienced in real life.

If your a man who didn't almost exclusively date women who were highly educated it would be hard to relate. If you did, his show is Netflix level entertainment.

I think he’s more a performer/entertainer now a days and so he goes out of his way to be mean to men and women who call in cause that gets clicks and builds his brand. In terms of a general thought now, I wish he would offer these people actual solutions as opposed to just crushing them and their delusions about themselves.

One thing I will say is that I haven’t heard him say anything that i would consider an out and out lie as yet. Stuff like men who are going nowhere need to level up first before they start worrying about dating and average women don’t want average man and that’s a problem.

Edit: for those unaware Kevin Samuels used to only speak to men about how they can improve. He didn’t start getting mainstream until ladies started watching and calling his show.

I don’t think he’s as terrible as some people might try to paint him, but I’m not a fan of his content. He seems more interested in being entertaining and putting entitled women in their place, than actually helping people adjust expectations / find happiness. I mean, I get it. It’s a show and if it isn’t entertaining people don’t care.

I’d be interested to see how he handled entitled loser men, but at least his newer content seems to focus on women. Again, I get that he’s appealing to his largest demographic.

I agree with him on some things and he does do good work for the most part but I don't think his insistence on $100k/year being the bench mark would work for everyone. He's going to have chicks for the hood and chicks still in college passing up good men because they haven't hit this arbitrary number yet. I’ve been listening to him for around three or so years and his most value content is the 2018-2019 content around men’s style and men’s improvement, which can help men with women indirectly.
