Verbal communication is the most clear and safe way for a man and a woman to express their sexual desires. I personally think this is very important with a new potential partner, but many men have told me don’t ever voice or ask but rather, attempt to read physical queues because supposedly it turns most women off if you don’t just go for them. E.g, instead of saying let’s kiss or even i’m about to kiss you, you just lean in for it or just kiss her. Either one is probably just fine, but to me it makes more sense to verbalize things first. I don’t understand why it is a turn off.

I’ve even had one girl tell me just kiss me on the cheek and that she only kisses men she’s dating. Then later on she was confused about why I didn’t go for her lips. Um, maybe because you verbally told me something else? She even told me to stop asking her what she wants about other basic things and to just do them. Such as me asking her where she wants to eat, if she wants the ac on, etc. Girls like this are mentally broken to me. But on the sexual advancing thing, for guys, we really have to worry about coercion and rape and all this shit. So, it doesn’t make sense to be playing these verbal guessing games.

Verbally is the quickest way to understand exactly what you want sexually from someone. Especially if you’re literally having sex, the best way to know exactly what the other person wants WHEN they want it is to use your words. Using your words makes sex way better. The clarity and straightforwardness achieved through being verbal is a gift. Humans have high social capabilities, that is another reason why we’re so intelligent.

Note: I’m not saying it’s ok to continue to be sexually vulgar verbally if someone isn’t receptive to your first advance. But I also don’t see the issue with initially saying some freaky shit. If you don’t like it, just be like ew sorry I don’t want you no need to get offended and all this men aren’t shit stuff. A lot of women are just running with the belief that it’s rude for a guy to be vulgar and that they should be turned off by that. As a guy if women walked up to us and said some vulgar shit to us we’re not about to get in our feelings 9/10. I only agree that it’s an issue for both men and women if somebody doesn’t let it go after the first comment being rejected. THEN it’s sexual harassment.
