Just want to add some Finnish data here to support the claim that women are increasingly sharing a smaller percentage of men, but the why or the data itself is not really the point of the OP (although feel free to discuss it).

So it is my view that you see very immediate emotional rejections to the idea that women are entering "soft harems" and sharing smaller percentage of men. I've observed very visceral rejections to the premise that women are increasingly having sex with a smaller group of men. Even before defending moral condemnations against women from certain groups attached to such data findings, people outright reject the premise that women are increasingly sharing a minority of men. So my view is that it is not necessarily about defending women against accusations of being "hypergamous whores" or whatever because the premise itself appears to be rejected.

My view is also that we here generally accept such data findings and typically discuss and debate the why (video games, porn, social isolation, obesity, male under/unemployment etc...), but for others (especially outside this sub) it appears they have an outright rejection to the premise.

So I am just curious if any of you have a different view.
