Naw the "they wouldnt try to silence you if it wasn't true argument" isn't a good one to use. Since there are a lot of things that are definitely wrong, that have people trying to stop it in some way.

So that argument shouldnt be used in most cases. There are certain cases that the saying could work, but its definitely not with the one you chose, lol.

Because I dont believe attractive men are having a ton of resistance in dating nowadays, unless you are speaking of the lower end of that. Which in that case, it would've been better to say decent looking men are having a hard time in dating.

An observation after a few months or so in this and other dating related threads:

There are solid pillars of truth in there and I get why some men get annoyed at the denial of it.

As someone older who grew up with and largely agrees with feminism, this denial of rather obvious patterns and minimisation of the role of biology has always frustrated me.

I made similar observations to TRP in the late 90s, after reading a bit on evolutionary biology. I was in a large redneckish town and some of those factors were very visible.

The problem is a black or white, straight to extremes, over simplification approach, reducing women to kind of sex and baby targets, assuming they are all the same, hyper analysing...

Same issue for a large portion of politics at the moment. Black and white thinking, over simplifying, 'enemy of my enemy must be my friend' etc thinking.

For example I see no evidence a more liberal and feminist forward society can't be one where far more men (as well as women) participate in and enjoy sex and intimacy. See Denmark:

The dating market is a symptom of a bigger issue, while there may be an issue there it's probably because younger people are just not as adventurous. They prefer screens, tablets, a Pepsi, pizza, a Nintendo DS. Vs older people who have gotten blackout drunk and know its fun to wake up in the bushes and play where'd I put that? Or meet people all night, or just do whatever.

Younger people are so warped by social media that they're crowdsoucing their opinions and answers rather than taking risks, and recording everything.

That's basically an unfallsifiable claim. Imagine both cases: The RP getting censored heavily, and the Rp being accepted as the truth in public. In both cases, you'd be convinced the RP is the truth, either because "they censor it, so it mus be true" or because everyone agrees with you. The reason it is censored so heavily is likely because it is linked to mass shootings (many of those a-holes wrote manifestos mentioning the black pill), and because it quickly spirals into an ideology that treats women as subhumans (calling them foids and all that). So no, it being censored is not a reason to believe it is true.
