Question on something people are giving mixed responses to.

When women say be friends with her first then ask her out isn't that kind of a catch 22.

You ask her out she gets confused and angry thinking the friendship was just to ask her out ,

Decided to improve my german reading skills (as I learned german from TV and read very rarely). Went through the shop that sells what is deemed "serious literature" (wanted to try something more deemed as "serious" as I usually read fantasy and sci-fi). Decided upon "Der Zauberberg" ("The Magic Mountain" in english) by Thomas Mann.

I really feel my reading speed becoming slow, especially when reading words that are made up fron 2 words or more (as I try to identify the separate words that word is made out of).

Something I’ve noticed in dating subreddits

When an ex comes back it appears to be a guy (meaning the guy was the dumper girl was the dumpee and he came back)

I don’t see too many girl ex (girl was the dumper, guy was the dumpee) came back posts

Do guys just take longer to process a breakup? The only time I’ve witness a guy not coming back if it the girl is a complete nutcase. But if a girl goes no contact immediately after a breakup, a guy almost always comes back. Anyone else relate?

CMV: women are attracted to general aesthetics when considering a man. If he looks like a "modern man" with a modern haircut, appearance and style, women are much more attracted to that than a man who dresses and looks how he likes. Women think that because they coordinate their looks and outfits to look good, that men should be doing the same, even if there's no practicality in doing so.

Indian guy in Sweden: Friday night out.

Man, I am having so much blast by flying solo that I don't want to bring my "wingman" ever again. He lowkey tries to undermine me in front of chicks even though he is so much more successful than me.

So earlier at the gym I met one of my classmates who mentioned that they will be going to one of the two student nightclubs and I am welcome to join, guess where I didn't go?

So I went to the other one and stood in the line. Two girls (Emma, solid 8, tall as me or probably taller, Anna, more like 6, slightly shorter than me) came and stood behind me. I didn't talk to them initially but asked them what's going on when I sensed tension rising in their voice, turns out Anna wasn't a student at the University and she was worried if she would be allowed in, I told them that we are allowed to bring +1. They were relieved and we got talking. It was Emma who mostly talked to me and she was super nice (and considerate because she spoke to Anna in English so that I don't feel left out). Anna was standoffish for some reason. We kept talking until we got in (Anna mentioned that other girls are looking all weird at us, Emma said fuck them), then as usual, I didn't linger around and went to get a drink and find a new group for myself. I took a vodka shot and then got a rum and coke and sat down at an empty table.

There were two dudes who were looking for a table and I invited them to join me. And then more of their friends joined and that's how I successfully got myself friends for the night.

Then we hit the dance floor. Emma and Anna were dancing there as well, and soon me and Emma started dancing. As usual, I brought out my silly dance moves and she absolutely loved them, she tried to copy them but they were too taxing for her. She kept inviting Anna to join us but she didn't (I wish she had cooperated). I held Emma's hand and guided her through some moves and she was having a lot of fun. But then again, I don't stick around long enough for it to get awkward so I left her and went to my group. For the rest of the night we exchanged glances and smiles.

But then I had to leave at 1:30 to catch the bus home. I couldn't get her contact info but hopefully I will run into her at the college.

So, again, I am able to have nice but friendly conversations with these really beautiful girls, and I get along really well with the dudes too.

I thought I had an amazing date yesterday, but looking back I think we were just really attracted to each other but really nervous/awkward.

He would ramble about some concept, I would redirect him. we asked each other questions for a bit, and then it ended with us just awkwardly laughing at each other. We did have a good bit in common, not that much though.
