I am a petite woman who generally looks a lot younger than her age. I definitely had a lot of men with really questionable leanings hitting on me well into my adult years. Preferences can sometimes have problematic roots, but the preference itself isn't a problem as long as it's for another consenting adult. Or rather, pressuring people to change a preference is more problematic than the preference itself because it might be rooted in something bad. You may be pushing people into sexually unfulfilling relationships where their partners feel undesirable, where people cheat, etc. If somebody wants to examine their own preferences because they're questioning whether something is authentic or socially imposed, then that's their business and their choice and not something they should be shamed into.

What this woman is describing isn't a problematic preference, it's an increased risk for her to date a pedo. Most pedos aren't attracted exclusively to children I think and her body type's similarity to a child probably increases the risk that pedos will approach her. The problem aren't normal men who prefer her body type, the problem are the pedos and her not knowing which is which.

I do think there are individuals who are messed up who then pretend it’s just a preference which then makes women wary of men who say they like petite women.

I had a man I dated for a year tell me I was significantly too tall (I’m 5’4), that my ribs only partially showed during sex and he wanted to see each individual one as much as possible, and he was upset that I had breasts. He said he wanted an entirely flat chested woman so I was not his type and it made him upset.

He gives me red flags, but I don’t think all men who are interested in petite women talk or think like this. Not to mention, I qualify as being on the smaller side to begin with.

I did a Hinge experiment where I put that I only want women 5’5 and shorter and I got a lot of hate from women.

Like, there was even this one women (no height listed lmao) who told me that I was mentally ill and that I loved midgets.

It was for me.

I dated a petite, very good looking 26 years old gal who passed as a 15-16 years old at best, she looked a lot more young than she actually was. On the other hand, I was a jacked 6.3' 200lbs tatted dude with a full beard, long hair and a metal/rocker style at 17.

I guess she was 5.1' and no more than 100 lbs honestly, because looking at the pictures she looked so small next to me.

She loved it, and I loved that too... Ehhmm... We used to make jokes about the sex we had haha. She loved to feel dominated and completely helpless, that got her going. I just liked the fact I could lift her and carry her around or just switch positions easily hahaha.

We had lots of issues with other people tho, specially strangers.

One time when we were at a bar a group of women called the police on us just kissing and touching eachother and brought the bouncers to get me kicked out. It was really humilliating, but the bouncers asked me for my ID, and then they realize I was actually 17, and my girl pills out her ID and say "here, have it, I'm actually the phedo here".

Another dude jumped and that was it, I gave them the woop of their lives until police arrived, again, asked for IDs and what not.

My girlfriend and I went separate ways a day or two after that incident. I was 17 I think.

Overall, one of the most awesome relationships I've been in, but people had issues with us.

Specially older women. IDK why older women have so much issues with age gaps in relationships (or in my case, "appearent age gaps by missmatched age-looks") but men don't seem to care unless the contrast is staggering or until women start bitching.
