Why are women often bothered by male attention, but men absolutely love female attention?

If a woman were to get catcalled when walking down the street, she would probably hate it.
If a man were to get catcalled when walking down the street, he would love it and it would be a huge confidence boost.

If a woman was inappropriately touched by a man, she would be traumatized.
If a man was inappropriately touched by a woman, he would probably think it was awesome and would brag about it to his friends.

I'm genuinely curious, why do women feel so threated and uncomfortable around men while men always feel very happy whenever they get female attention?
