Anyone out there ever try Latisse? Six months into using Rogaine on my brows has been pretty good. I am a natural blond and the brows are even growing in a bit darker, filled in better and with longer tails. Latisse seems to have more potential side effects though. Gym Idiots Update:

Gallon of Milk + Gallon of Water guy was still there doing his thing. There is a certain endearing charm to him, as he's just kinda dumb but seems generally ok and is really trying. I think he just didn't understand a few articles he read or the like.

But today we had a real annoying one. Droppy weights guy.

So a guy about my age, probably on HRT. He as that look I've noticed men on it my age get and I don't mean bigger muscles but its almost something you can see in the skin, its more leathery and flushed. Anyways thats not the annoying bit.

He decided to get out three of the heavier ez curl bars (pre set weights), I'd guess maybe 70-60-50 looking at them and line them up. He then would lift them up to about his nipple line and do 3-4 reps and then drop them from the full height, about 5 feet to slam into the floor as he did drop sets but literally and as an exercise.

Dude you are 50 years old, just put the weight down, no one cares.

I don't think I'd make a good bf. I'm too emotionally unavailable in the sense of being preoccupied with mood problems, being quiet, doing things a certain way in a set routine, etc. Although I like the idea of a gf, and sometimes it hurts to think I'll likely never find a gf, I also think I'd just be too neurotic to make it last. I’ve been working out for a long time now (10+ years), doing cutting and bulking etc. but the last few years I’ve just been maintaining because I was satisfied where I am at physically. Lately I’ve been feeling I could do with some cutting (losing some body fat).

So I have been counting calories again. I completely forgot how many calories are in food. This is a good wake up call for me to not act like I know how many calories I’m actually eating.

i have been working from home since the pandemic hit and I realised that the worst thing about working from home for me is that there is a lack of separation of work life from personal life.

I sometimes lose track of hours worked because there is no "informal" way of realising when the work day is over. When I was at the office, when the work day was beginning to end I would start seeing people leave the office and that would also be my signal to wrap up stuff I am working on and prepare to leave.

For me its probably a little telling of the demographic...like if these women are going on dates with these slobs the must be below average themselves. For context me and my friends (some of them chads) spend close to an hour getting ready before we go out, often times we try different clothes and shit too so the common advice on reddit is way off the mark for us.

The other part, which makes a lot of sense, is the "Just-world hypothesis". Where its a matter of what you put in is what you get.

Idk what plays a greater role but I find the whole thing silly
