If this generation of men would have been told the truth about what women actually want they would have been more accountable on themselves. If they would have been told a woman actually fancies a man who is confident and successful, they would have been more inclined to look into themselves and see why they screwed up if they aren't getting the results they want.

However, they are told since birth that if they are just nice a woman will fancy him. So guys take and live with this advice only to find it doesn't hold any real value. They will be nice, well mannered, polite and get good grades only to find women don't actually want anything to do with him if he's not also confident and succesful .

Imagine if the reverse were true and men gaslighted women their entire lives telling them what a man really wants is a woman who is loud and assertive. Women would be acting like a drill seargants 24/7 and wondering why they constantly keep being passed up for more docile women. Upon them bringing this up we'd tell them, "you must not actually really be assertive if you're just doing it to get laid or find a husband. You need to be more assertive" and throwing them into an endless loop of no results.

Women like to complain about Nice Guys ™ when they don't realize this monster if of their creation. This is a product of decades worth of gaslighting and telling men something that isn't true.

It's not that being nice is a bad thing. It's just that it doesn't make much or any impact when it comes to a man's attraction profile. When women swoon over Keanu Reeves volunteering at a soup kitchen, it's because he's Keanu Reeves a confident and successful man who is also at a soup kitchen. A 5'2 indian janitor would not get the same results if he did 10× the volunteering. When women say "being nice" is the bare minimum, what they actually mean is having a baseline degree of confidence and not being a complete loser. Yes you can be nice and still get women assuming you posess other traits but this isn't where attraction starts and certainly not where it ends.

So the introspection a man tries to do is seeing that he treats everyone with respect, nice to his mother, has an average job that gets by etc and sees there is still no attraction from women cause he's still in the dark about what women actually want. He sometimes asks his relatives who just tell him he'll find someone eventually and to be patient. He asks his female friends who tell him the same thing. He eventually wants to gather a more broad opinion outside his circle. So he goes on the internet so see what he's doing wrong only to be met with a wave of angry and hostile women spitting acid at him telling him he isn't as nice as he thinks he is. He is immediately painted with the exact same brush as all the mysoginist assholes he vowed never to be like.

This is often a shock which leaves him angry and confused. He asks other men who sometimes also tear him down till one eventually tells him the truth. And this is how a TRP disciple is born. He finally realizes what nees to do but he has wasted years of his life, suffered countless heartbreaks, and time he will never get back.

Some were fortunate enough to have a father or older brother that was in the know about these things all along and told them to be confident and aspire for high goals to get women. Many didn't though and had only thier mothers, sisters, and the mainstream for guidance which completely misled them. If women were more honest about their wants men would do introspection about the right things and we would have less Nice Guys™ types and manosphere groups around this
