I see this in some of my friends, and also in myself. Dating is (especially as an ND person) extremely mentally and emotionally taxing. There is little payoff and high risk in terms of falling in love then getting hurt. I have plenty of female friends and acquaintances whom I value and enjoy spending time with, before anyone pulls the misogyny card.

Perhaps this is a modern thing, but I don't think so- the Romans were making laws trying to encourage marriage 2000 years ago. I'm curious to get any information from other men about this.

Please note, this is not a request for personal advice and support- I am just including this information for the purposes of being truthful: I'm 20 and I work/study full time as well as practicing a combat sport pretty intensely; so it's not like I'm old or asocial.
