I would always love to be more intimate with my current partner, but I have no ability to force his sex drive to increase and I doubt saying it would help his mental health would do it. It hasn’t seemed to cure his mental health issues so far, unfortunately.

I have known a few men who have killed themselves, sadly, and I have to say not a single one of them was about sexlessness and lack of female attention. All of these men had kids, they left them fatherless, one of them had a son who also killed himself so he probably contributed to his son’s mental health not being great either.

Joblessness seems much more correlated to suicide in men than sexlessness from what I have seen.

I don't think I'd have any special obligation to do anything more in that case. I do take mental health very seriously and I understand the impact that loneliness has on a person. I am in a relationship so I would not be giving any other men romantic or sexual attention. However, even if i wasn’t in a relationship, I would not give attention or sex to men for the sole reason of wanting to help them because that would harm my mental health. In terms of #1, I don't know how I'm supposed to do anything about other people I don't know being sexless or not? In teams of #2 and #3 my answer depends on butterfly effects I can't know the answer to. Like if I start banging guys other than my SO, does that then make my SO suicidal (as I know he struggles with depression as it is)? And/or what about the effects of inter-partner competition among all those guys I'm banging simultaneously? For #4... um, my libido is already higher than his and it causes him some level of guilt so I'm not sure how demanding more is going to help anything?

No, I'm demi and it takes a lot for me to experience any sort of sexual attraction or desire, and I very much dislike casual sex.
I don't have a partner currently, but if my theoretical partner confided in me that he feels I'm not giving him enough attention/sex in the relationship, I would ask him what I could do to make him feel more appreciated and suggest we seek a couples counseling.

Worth noting that men in general don't move much to change their behavior to improve the material and social conditions of women where women have been violently disenfranchised or subjugated by law and culture as a class.
