I suspect women are there for different reasons. If my great aunt had had access to the internet, she’d be in that group for sure. She was walking to her teaching job, few miles fro. her house. Was brutally raped, around age 21. After police interrogated and told her it was her fault for being alone in morning before school, and how she was dressed (heels and long skirt), she said she was done with men forever. Taught for 45 years, kept up a house on her own & passed away at age of 85. No regrets she said.

I don't think they necessarily want a "hot guy", but it's pretty obvious if you read between the lines that most of them are basically looking for a "normie", i.e. someone who is socially well-adjusted, physically and mentally healthy, and at least mildly successful in life. Because many of them are conventionally unattractive and have mental issues, they struggle to find a man like that.

Most very unattractive women will get basically zero attention from men, any men. They are more or less invisible to men entirely. I know some men here refuse to believe this, but it’s true.

Then you get some people who also have mental health issues going on, or a combo of that + looks, and ultimately yeah some women will just not be able to ever find relationships.

Most of those women have mental illness I talk to one years ago that swore she was ugly took a month to finnaly get a picture of her she was so insecure I didn't respond to the pic rite away cause I'm not glued to reddit...and she sent txt saying "I knew you would ghost me after seeing me" stuff like that..

Any way I responded that she was fine which she was, easily a solid 8 not even over weight we eventually video chatted and she looked good with no make up or filter.But she was to insecure probably had body dysmorphia and some other mental health disorders cause she cut herself ,drank and would have mental meltdowns out of nowhere.

So I think mental health is their main problem not their looks these women often are bitter resentful or socially awkward...even if a women is fat there's guys that won't care.I see some really ugly and or obese women in relationships and plenty of them have kids...

The other issue is they don't like the guys they do attract..and since they don't have game which most women dont ,they don't know how to pursue the guys they want.

I think you have to be either grotesquely over weight or disfigured to be ugly..in that case loose weight or get cosmetic surgery..There's a girl with no arms that had a BF there's some conjoined twins with a BF the bar is so lo for women if their single they deserve to be.

I have a hard time believing that any significant portion of women can be forever alone. I go outside and i see couples of an ugly or fat/obese woman with an average dude all the time (but not the reverse). You'd need to be severely fucked up to not be able to get into a relationship with a man - like bottom 1% fucked up.

I know so many single men from hobby groups, social groups and meetups while i can count the amount of single women on my fingers. If you are a woman and not approached by a man, the take the first step. No, not with the tall guy with a nice face, broad shoulders and amazing hairline - every woman wants that guy - but if you lower your standards just a little you'll probably find someone.

Again, i'm sorry but i can't imagine women not being able to find someone and the reason not being her high standards and/or laziness, unless she is physically deformed or has an other major medical issue.

Imagine living in tutorial mode, having value for just having a vagina, requiring you to just smile and not be too fat... and still find a way to fuck it up.

These women have problably Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissism or other personality disosders. Even with that, they should be able to get a man on their own league, but they are to entitled and probably had sex with a high value guy at some point.

Sorry, I cannot have empathy for those women even if they were part of my family. They do not have empathy for men in their league anyway.

Foreveralone as a woman, to me, means you have zero desire to “do the work.” Men aren’t all that hard to attract, and being able to find an average man should be doable.

If you’re a 3-4/10 as a woman, you will have to likely take the more active role in your own dating. You don’t really get the luxury of being able to wait to be approached. That said, I don’t think men are nearly as harsh as women when it comes to being approached because 1. They normally aren’t the ones being approached so it’s a bit of a breath of fresh air, and 2. They probably have had some history with shitty rejections, so they can empathize.

If you have crippling anxiety or some other sort of mental disorder keeping you from talking to men, well plenty of men have similar issues, and we are expected to essentially suck it up.

I do believe that they dont get the attention from the men that they want the attention from, but also the fact that the guys they're "supposed" to get attention for (guys that are on the same level of attractiveness as them) is too beat down to even try to make a move

Also the fact that some of thoose guys have unrealistic standards for who they're actually able to get in a relationship with, just like the women(And social media def have some kind of accountability for theese unhealthy views on what's possible for people to hookup with/start a relationship with, for both genders)

Also just the whole "are theese people who I find attractive and that at the same time finds me attractive, even within a distance I would find sufficient for finding a potential mate" (Remember not every guy or gal is up for moving far away from their family/friends/where they feel safe living)

Yes, although some of them are very young and will likely find some a few months or years down the road.

People think all women have men blowing up their apps but if they have acne and are overweight (even if they've lost 75lbs in the last year) often don't get or barely get swipe rights, I don't mean from men who are 'hot' I mean from anyone.

A friend of mine from college never got a match even though she swiped right on almost everyone who wasn't a conservative (college town was pretty progressive so she wasn't eliminating that many from the app). She was on two apps simultaneously.

She ultimately did find a boyfriend several years later through a D&D group though but for years she was in the same situation as some of those women in foreveralone.

I think something like more than half of the US population is single so yes, a lot of women can’t find relationships.

It’s hard to explain the reasons why here because you’ll be talked down but it’s very possible to be single with no options. I said in another post but I’ve been single for years, no options, no dates, hook ups or propositions. I’m just out here working and going home.

I agree with the theory that the vast majority of "forever-alone women" are suffering from mental illness and possibly having too high a standard for men.

What I would like to introduce to the conversation is body weight. I obviously don't know what these women look like, but I firmly, absolutely one hundred percent believe that any woman who maintains a fit figure with very little body fat will easily find a partner. Is that easy to do? No. It requires a shit ton of discipline and work which would be made all the more difficult to keep up with if one is suffering from mental illness. But it's not anywhere near impossible, barring physical disability.

Is it fair to expect this of a woman? I don't know. I think it's irrelevant. The fact is, a fit woman is going to find at least enough dating prospects from men that she can find someone she likes. And when I mean they should be fit with almost no body fat, I'm talking as little body fat as possible. Not starving, obviously, but not falling into any accepted medical definition of "overweight." I'm talking getting fit enough that you lose the fat on your face, which there are exercises out there for.

I definitely believe women can be fucked up to the point that they’re essentially incels. If a woman has been sexually abused as a child, and used food to deal with it, she’ll be 300 pounds with severe mental health issues. She’ll likely be able to find guys to throw one in her, but unlikely to find a man who will stay and build a life with her.
