Here's my three wishes:

Destroy and bury pill ideology and other toxic online dating strategies that advise both genders to only seek out what is for their OWN interest instead of building and maintaining a relationship. Those dating strategies are one of the reason so many people are becoming unbearable.
Relationships should be about companionship, building and maintaining. No person should go on some lengthy self-improvement trial just to get a partner, and no one should be waiting at the finish line.

The shaming is gone. There is no such thing as too many or too few sexual partners in the past. As long as it is between adults and of the free will of both, all sexual preferences and approaches to dating are seen as equal. A bisexual submissive man with a penchant for licking ass casually? People are honest about dating. If they are interested in casual sex, they will say so clearly and directly. If they are interested in marriage, they will say so clearly and directly. Both men and women. Hiding one's true intentions or even lying about them is almost unheard of, and various shit tests or lengthy vetting of others' intentions are seen as pointless, stupid and childish.

Wish #1: The creepy men become docile and ethical. All those guys who go after girls just starting puberty? Gone. People who send unsolicited dick pics? No more. No more rapists. No more domestic violence. No more men who can't take "No" for an answer. While the vast majority of men are decent people, the minority of horny assholes ruins it for everyone by scaring away women and making them afraid of all men.

Remove the creeps, and you'll get a filter down effect pretty much everywhere. Women become more receptive to being approached, which makes ethical men more comfortable approaching. Women who are out of the market due to fear are now in the market. Women can be more direct with their rejections and desires, rather than having to "soft reject" people out of fear.

Wish #2: Remove the male desperation. Men would still want women, but the overwhelming emotional and physical need to be with someone is removed.

For women, it helps because there is less unwanted male attention.

For men, it helps directly since we won't feel as awful being single.

On a more indirect level, less attention overall means less competition, and less male desperation also means that there is a deflationary effect on the dating market. A world in which women don't get bombarded with likes is one where male attention, and by extension men, are much more valued.

Wish #3: Women's sexuality becomes similar to men's, both emotionally and physically. Female orgasms become as easy as male ones; mere stimulation of the genitals is enough 99.99% of the time. No need to "be in the mood". Every man can give every woman an intense, satisfying experience, because there are no more complications or prerequisites anymore. Touch and go, push-button start to get her motor running.

For women, this benefits them because sex would actually become reliably enjoyable. Women's pleasure would no longer be provided by toys or a handful of very-skilled guys, but everyone.

For men, easier female orgasms would level the playing field, especially for inexperienced men. Men are willing to get with a lot of different women because at the end of the day, a hole is a hole and they can almost always get off. On the other hand, I understand women are selective in large part because most men can't really satisfy them. It would be great for everyone if this was changed.

Being a 26-year old male virgin would matter a lot less if pretty much every woman orgasms in every single sexual encounter with almost every single partner, and women would be fine with less experienced partners if they knew they could get an 8/10 experience from a 4/10 guy.

Emotionally, lower the threshold of "spontaneous arousal" for women, and make them more active and forward in pursuing a wider variety of partners, the way I see men do. It is exhausting as a man to always be the initiator, and I think a lot more couples would form if women were more direct (and per #1, were/felt safe doing so).

Simply put, most women are now attracted, in some way, to most men, the same way that most men are attracted to most women in some way. This attraction is also instant the way it seems to be for men: less of a need to "warm up" or "get to know someone first" or get in the right headspace. More "sparks" all around.

I must stress not a woman so I'll admit I don't truly know what the inner sexuality of a woman is like, but seeing things from the outside, it seems as though men have broader tastes. Some men like a career woman with her own income, while others like taking care of someone. On the other hand, women very definitely don't want to be someone's provider. Some men like larger women, others like their partners skinny. On the other hand, I've never heard of women actively preferring overweight men. Some men like neurodivergent women because they're "quirky", whereas ND men seem to universally be a bit of a red flag for women.

Yes, there are short, overweight, or neurodivergent guys who date or get married, but I'm talking about women who will pursue men who are short because they are short, the way a man might actively prefer a small "petite" woman over a tall one. An active preference for all kinds of men.

Yes, beauty standards exist for women too and they can be harsh to meet, but for men there just seems to be a chasm, a certain level of attractiveness below which you just feel invisible to women. Even for those who are attractive, there seems to be a lesser amount of types that truly get women going.

I don't need to wish for it, this was my motivation for entering graduate school. What I want is how genetic engineering is going to be applied to humans in the near future (before the end of the decade).

We modify human brains to increase pair-bonding behaviors by increasing the number and regulating the activity of oxytocin and vassopressin receptive neurons in the brain. The men and women will fall in love with each other even more easily than men and women do now.

We reverse sexual size dimorphism and modify humans to express an extreme female-biased sexual size dimorphism. Women will be made far taller and heavier than men, at around 6'5" and thick with large hips, butts and legs. Men will be made around 4'4" and lean and highly athletic.

The women will be modified to have super fecundation, meaning that they release 3 or 4 eggs each ovulation cycle so when impregnated, they gestate a small litter of children each pregnancy (this is why they have to be so large).

The men are modified to be extremely athletic and agile, able to sprint 25 miles an hour, run for hours at a time before tiring, jump over 3 and a half feet in the air, and do all of it for a basal metabolic rate of only a few hundred calories per day.

We modify all the women and men to be very intelligent (this one is a little more difficult to be fair).

That's it. We will have a society which uses fewer resources to support larger populations, which increases exponentially even assuming only a single pregnancy per woman, which has massive advantages in economic efficiency and output, and which has no problems between the sexes. No domestic violence against women, no rape, slightly matriarchal but in an egalitarian way, everyone will fall in love with someone that they find attractive and will make a lot of babies while at the same time being extremely intelligent and productive for society, being great parents, and being far more resource efficient and superior economically.

This is ENTIRELY POSSIBLE WITH GENETIC MODIFICATION and we are actually very very close to being able to do this. This is what humans are going to look like in the nearish future, as it is the most efficient dimorphism and social structure we can engineer.

I recently asked a guy out for the first time (but it was super vague lol I just said I was open to it and he was the one who really planned it after). It made me feel really good because I felt like... wow, I can just ask? And wow he was very into it, are a lot of guys just hoping I'll ask?

The only thing is, as good as it was, he seems kind of self-absorbed and not sure if he expects me to pursue more fervently or if I'm in the wrong, but I won't be chasing after him even though I asked the first time. Although he did ask me out for another couple of date ideas so it's not too bad, more so I'm keeping an eye on it because despite asking, I don't want a dynamic where I'm the initiator for all things or for him to feel like my value is less because I asked him first. That's mainly the issue I think women try to avoid. If men would just make sure to not make us feel like we're being taken for granted (simply because we took away the initial risk for them), we'd ask them out more.

Women stop going after workaholics and complaining about lack of quality time/lack of help, men start not being so hypergamous and are happy with a woman in their own league (meaning they are happy and dont feel theyre settling), people in general vet compatibility more when dating in the early stages.

I would equip men with the mental ability to blow either sperm or spermless semen into women thus giving them 100% control over who they impregnated.

Men stop simping for women who don’t give a fuck about them.
Men should just stop asking women out and going on dating apps. You want the dating world to change? Then change it. Stop giving women attention and they’ll soon be craving it.
Men come to the conclusion that sex and women aren’t everything. They live a meaningful life doing things for themselves and not trying to impress/fuck women every second.

Women would be more open to dating friends instead of defaulting to “No, he’s just a friend”. You know he’s a good guy that you enjoy spending time with, and I’d assume you think he’s decently attractive if you’re hanging out with him. so give him a chance but don’t be afraid to turn them down if you’re not feeling it after a proper date.
Women would be more open to being approached at bars, the gym etc. I get told women don’t want to be approached at these places, but where the fuck am I supposed to meet anyone especially if they’re overwhelmed in OLD
One selfish wish: Whenever I ask a woman out, I never get turned down or friendzoned. But if that doesn’t work, I’d rather that men are the ones who can line up 100 thirsty women in a day just by downloading a dating app

The return of manners and etiquette. I can’t speak for all women, of course, but opening doors, etc. I’m female and always open doors everywhere for everyone. It feels odd to be on a date and the man doesn’t open the door for me and for others walking in the door behind me. And then I feel bad because I have to as the woman. I don’t want to emasculate my date, but I kinda feel he did it to himself, because I have to get the door because my parents raised me to have manners. I can’t not do it. But manners overall are on the decline.
Being considerate of others. Taking what the other person wants into account. Or taking turns. Compromising. Meeting in the middle. Negotiating, not arguing, etc.
Not playing mind games.
