Read a post where a man expresses his regret towards the change in social norms from celebrating things at home and cooking everything yourself to gathering in a café or ordering something for your home celebration. And I can't help but think that of course he feels nostalgic and what not, he most likely never was the one cooking and cleaning everything before and after celebration. In older generations men weren't really actively participating in this kind of activities. At least in Russia.

Although I don't really get why he feels that it's a loss of a sort. People still do it today. I guess he just doesn't have enough friends left.

I think in the future more women are going to be "settling down" with their female friends. For example, women cohabitating with their friend like maybe buying or renting together, going out together, and just overall do things that couples do (except have sex with each other). I should have gone to sleep when came hone from prerelease at 21:30 instead of "oh, I'm gonna sort the cards that I got" (as a result went to sleep at around 02:00). Wouldn't have slept the whole day today due to headache from overworking/overstraining.

On the prerelease front: bought this playmat, won 2 boosters, annoyed opponents with this card. There was also a bit of a standstill when an opponent had a creature who generated +1/+1 on itself while my creature generated -1/-1 on them. On the time of a "draw" due to time out it had 21 +1/+1 counters and 12 -1/-1 counters from my creatures. Good thing it didn't have trample, so I could block him woth slimes genereated from the deaths of the opponents other creatures. Also had a bit of a bloody emergency as I have bled a tyny bit through my pants on the beginning of the last round (where there is no time limit) due to a large gush of period blood when getting up, that has filled the whole pad full. I excused to my opponent for a toilet emergency (he was understanding). Ran to the toilet, let the rest out in the toiled, cleaned the pants (fresh blood cleans good with cold water), realised I forgot to take a new pad, hurried to my jacket (needed to sift through a pile of jackets) to take a new pad (always carry those in case of a sudden period start), ran back to the toilet to change the pad.

In total, at least 15 victims of Elizarov are known - these are the graduates who publicly spoke about the violence they experienced. It is possible that in fact there were much more of them. Former schoolgirls admitted that then they did not fully realize the whole essence of what was happening and, only having matured, decided on a frank confession. Many of them required the help of a psychotherapist.

It'll be interesting to see how this case ends. I'm not sure that he'll get any real punishment, but just making him known as a pedophile and screwing his reputation can save at least some of his possible future victims.

Be me,

Talks for 2 months to girl, crushes on her.

Tells her today how much of a crush I have on her and she is surprised.

Indian guy's night outs in Sweden.

I haven't written my weekend night reports in a while because nothing remarkable happened. But I am increasingly having really good platonic conversations with men and women.

Like the last time, I went out alone and went to a nightclub, as I was approaching the line, there were three cute girls standing at the end of the line, as I was approaching them from the distance I said a confident Hi and one of them proceeded to return a warm "Tjena tjena" (translation: hey hey). Then the rest of the two followed suit. Then we had a really nice conversation while we waited to get in the club. They made me try "snus" (weird nicotine pouches you put under your lip) and took videos as I said "skål" (cheers), said that I can be with them since I was out alone. We danced for a bit when inside but then they disappeared, possibly went elsewhere with their friends (definitely not because of me, I wasn't clinging to them or anything, I was elsewhere for most of the time).

Then later I saw a guy dancing awkwardly on the periphery by himself, I invited him to come join me and he was so happy and grateful about it, but said that he was waiting for his friends and that I am welcome to join them for shots.

Later two more guys invited me to join them for a smoke outside and one of them said I am a "beautiful Indian man".

Seems like I am more of a hit with the guys and girls are totally fine with talking to me as well.

Uh, yeah no shit. Would they honestly say that they care about men's problems? Not really (and I don't expect them to). So why would they expect men to care about theirs? Women aren't working with a "You care about our problems first and we'll care about yours in return" mindset. They're not going to do that. So why are they expecting men to care about them while women get to care about themselves only? Women are always going to scoff at what they view as men's "problems".

Men are told to do what's right, women are told to what's right for them, this is just another example of that. We have our own shit to worry about.

I saw an argument a few weeks ago on r/unpopularopinion saying that people who don't want children are selfish. The reasoning was that they didn't want to be burdened by having to care for someone else so they could spend 100% of their time doing whatever they wanted.

I kinda agreed with the post and I also see the linkage between this mindset and women who support abortion, which brings it into question: is abortion or the desire to keep abortion available mostly done out of selfishness?
