Cold approaches and physical appearance. The entire reason a man cold approaches a woman is because he finds her physically attractive, he would’ve never approached her if he didn’t like what he saw because let’s be honest he doesn’t know the first thing about her. Yet oddly enough men want women who literally don’t know them to not judge a book by its cover and give them a chance based off of how “nice” they seem instead of their physical appearance. It’s idiotic. What other incentive do these women have to date you outside of physical attraction, they don’t fucking know you? And why should they? You’re only approaching her because you find her physically attractive so why can’t she choose whether or not to go out with you based off of your physical appearance?

One that is personal to me is how some people try to argue that women are both victims and victimizers simultaneously in order to shame men who engage in socially less acceptable relationship behaviors.

This argument is made most often with international “passport” relationships, where somehow a man is somehow simultaneously victimizing a poor foreign woman by exploiting her due to his greater wealth, but supposedly is also simultaneously being exploited by her for a money and a green card.

This argument sometimes also gets made with age gap relationships, where a young woman can simultaneously be sexually exploited by an older man but also be victimizing him for his money, but I see this argument being used less often in this case, as people seem to recognize the absurdity of the contradiction more, and instead seem to most frequently paint young women as the victims, ignoring the fact that many of these women do in fact use wealthier older men for money.

However, the absurd paradox of the victim/victimizer argument for overseas women never seems to be seen by those who argue this for some reason.

Single moms who refuse to even consider that their value might be knocked down. I understand the emotions of being upset that someone doesn’t see your child as a value addition to your status but face reality. You didn’t give a fuck about other people’s kids before either in all likelihood.

The kid is a visual representation of you being creampied before. Guys don’t tend to like that. It’s a biological thing. Dating is gonna be harder.

There's a common perspective around sex and dating that certain girls have and I find really strange. They classify guys as 1. good guys who are serious about them and want relationships or 2. player guys who aren't serious about them and "only want sex". Some girls interpret just about everything in the context of these two categories.

This is really wild when it leads to girls associating any sexual interest as belonging to 2 (i.e. a guy not liking her enough, not being serious, or being a fuckboy). And signs of potential disinterest are associated with wanting sex. Both of those ideas are clearly pretty whacky. It's really common for girls to ask on dating subs things like "He hasn't texted me back for 3 days, does that mean he only wants sex?" or "He texted me a sexual innuendo so obviously I blocked him bc I'm looking for something serious".

Then you get things like women writing "NO SEX" on their dating profiles which I find amusing. These girls are generally not asexual and are looking for relationships that do, in fact, involve sex. (This comes from a slightly different reason than above, but is related). The annoyingness and creepiness from all the unsolicited sex comments and requests on dating apps is definitely understandable, though I still think this makes people sound a little dumb.

The interesting contradiction part is that most women don't seem to categorize themselves that way. They might still see women as looking for something casual vs serious. But if they are sexually attracted to someone and have sex with them they don't think "Oh, I must have only wanted something casual". They clearly realize they can desire someone sexually and want a serious relationship. They also clearly realize they can lose interest for someone when they didn't "only want them for sex". But still make these extremely simplistic projections onto men. Obviously people have complex feelings and motivations and don't fall into those binary categories like that.

I don't think this creates too many problems for me personally when dating, but I see some girls agonize over what they think certain behaviors from men mean in relation to those two categories.

“Just don’t date [person with bad behavior], rather than make them stop said behavior!” is almost always unevenly levied. By both sexes.

Men will tell women to not have sex with bad men; women will not do this, and instead demand men to be arbitrarily better for some metaphysical good. This never works, of course.

Inversely, when men tell women to stop being entitled brats in demanding men pay for literally fucking everything in the dating phase, women shift blame and tell the men to avoid women like this, rather than criticize said entitlement. Again, that’s too unrealistic to actually work.

How about this double standard? Men accused of rape are often considered guilty even after having their innocence proven in court.

Meanwhile if a man calls the cops saying that a woman rapes him, they'll usually pull up and arrest HIM! Furthermore, most of society won't believe she committed rape even after it's proven in court. And a good percentage of people who will admit she committed rape will say that "it's not rape-rape" and otherwise try to say yes she raped him, but here’s why it was okay she raped him.
