The men that are under 30 that actually have sexual options(I'm not even going to go in about the quality of the options) as in mutiple women only about 10-20% and that's a maybe. Imo it's probably closer to 10%. 30% of men are virgins apart of the 70% that are not virgins 30% of them haven't had sex in the last year. I would keep going but the mods will get butthurt & silence me again like they always do when I'm cooking. 🤣

Bolding aspects of this since you mean a specific type of guy under 30.

Assuming you don’t mean coercion, force, arranged marriages, sugar babying, or sex work, it’s likely ~20% as it’s always been.

For cultures and communities that encourage sociability and sexually attractive masculine traits, that percentage is higher.

I don't think it's easy to find a new partner for anyone if we really mean partner in a meaningful way. If you just mean they could find someone else to get food or drinks with, 95%. Multiple partners, much lower, probably like 60%. If you mean purely sexual and hook ups are included, it's going to be lower still, but probably in the 75% range.

I also think a lot of word games are happening here with the concept of easy to find. None of this is like going to a grocery store, but it isn't for women either. I couldn't easily find another partner like my man or even in the same neighborhood. And I also couldn't find sex that easily that was healthy or enjoyable.

Men often pretend because women could have unpleasant sex whenever they want we're gatekeepers. Great. We're so glad we can have orgasmless likely degrading sex whenever we feel like it. Such a power move. So much leverage.

This is a difficult one, most men I know irl (friends, work colleagues, boyfriend’s friends, brother’s friends) are pretty much all either in, or have been in relationships and had at least a few one night stands (if we’re close enough to talk about that/I hear it second hand). A few of them have been in LTR since they where like, 17, so it makes it difficult to say how many options they’d have outside of that. Based purely of my irl experience it would probably be like 70%. But then I’m also aware the groups of men that struggle more with options might not be in my irl social circle or work circle. I’m in a discord server and I don’t thiiink any/many of the men there have had any relationships before.

Edit; might of applied the term ‘sexual options’ a little bit more loosely than the OP intended. Most men I know aren’t Casanovas but they do seem to have some options.

I feel like geography, culture and logistics has a lot to do with it.

A lot of guys under 30 live with their parents or perhaps aren't making enough money to go out. Not saying this a death sentence but definitely a significant factor.

Culture and geography wise..if you live an area with a dense population of other young people, your options are much more. If you live in the burbs and don't have a car or you live in an area that's mostly families / retired people, obviously your odds aren't great.

A lot of young guys also just fail due to inexperience and being unsocialized but that's a different topic

Very little, like only the top 20-30%. Growing up only the good looking guys had active sex lives and constant girlfriends. All my average looking ethnic friends and below average white friends never had any success with women. I have one average looking white friend and he had two girlfriends in his 20s and there were extremely long gaps in between and casual sex for him was very rare, maybe one to two partners per year. All my above average ethnic friends had no problems with dating, even all my Muslim friends, they would have casual sex and girlfriends since high school. My below average ethnic friends had to resort to arranged marriages or wait until they hit their 30s for women to suddenly start showing interest in them, and the vast majority just take the first women who shows any interest in them, so when they get to an age where they have options they don't take advantage because they've been so starved for so long.

The vast majority of men basically just take what they can get. That is why when men suddenly come into money, or become famous they leave their partners to finally be with women they are truly attracted to. If you were to do an unethical experiment where you get a very good looking model to pretend to seduce average man in a relationship, the vast majority would likely decide to cheat on their partners.

I know men of all kinds from Gen Z to X, as an early 30s millennial myself. With a few exceptions, I can't think of any guy who's actually normal, average looking, and has a decent social life who cannot find a single woman (or really, multiple ones) interested in them. Most guys I know are in relationships, married and/or have at least one child. This includes short men, fat men, and balding men.

This idea that men "struggle" to find women is pushed on the internet and especially in subs like this one, but I just can't seem to consistently identify this in my own life. The few guys I know who are single usually just don't seem to care enough to try and meet women at all, or they're gay, or very religious and won't date outside those exacting standards. When it comes to this idea that an insane amount of guys cannot get laid or find a girlfriend at all, it really just seems like a conclusion you could only come to if you spend so much time online in echo chambers that it seems like the world is full of lonely, single men. But if anything, for me, my observation has been pretty much the opposite.

Under 25, most men have no options, but they can still take advantage of some opportunities

From 30 onwards there is a significant improvement because many of these men will begin to improve financially, at the same time that many women in the same age group will be more desperate.

I’m 26 with a pretty decent income (low 6 figures) I’m 6ft tall and with an athletic/muscular build. I workout 5x a week. I have moderate amount of options now but only once I started going after girls in my league. Any super attractive woman wouldn’t even look at me or give me the time of day. Looks definitely matter. Women are also extremely high sense of self worth and sense of entitlement. Unless you have PUA level of game I would suggest self reflecting and sticking to your playing field while trying to level up.

I believe most men under 30 have options, or at least prospective options that could lead to sex within a couple of months. My wild ass guess is that it's probably around 3/4.

That said, the question misses a lot. The biggest is that for most guys, this is irrelevant. You either have your person (and they have you) or you don't.

If you're in a relationship and aren't happy with your options, you don't have your person. If you aren't able and willing to be alone until you find your person, you have a whole other issue. One that's far bigger and worse than being alone without options or prospects.

This question really only matters for single guys who aren't seriously looking for their person.

As a woman, I think the option of sex differs greatly depending on what the person wants, men and women. Men have plenty of options if they’re not picky on who that sexually partner is. Women are the same. But when talking about relationships, that all depends on if you find someone you can have a good relationship with. Anyone who thinks your “fuckability” can be used as “leverage” in a relationship is not in a good relationship.

The whole “sexual options” or easily finding a new sexual partner thing is where the majority of people detach from reality.

Far too many people believe the minority / exceptions are the norm.

It has always been, and still is a small percentage of men and women, who have relative ease finding sexual partners, and end up having many more than the average person over their life span.

Considering the average for sexual partners for all ages is around 6-7, depending on if you’re a man or a woman, the large majority of people do not have “sexual options”, that is true for men and women.

And no, the possibility to have sex with people one is not attracted is not an “option” in this scenario.

Pointing this out as far too many men seem to think a woman can get sex with the snap of her fingers, sure it is probably possible assuming she looks good enough, but that does not mean she will ever want or enjoy it, hence not a “sexual option”.

To reiterate the point, for any one who goes and says that should be considered an option, I will say that guys also have a lot more options in that case, they just don’t want to accept it.

The main issue is probably self awareness, a big chunk of people, both men and women, tend to believe they are a better catch than they actually are, it’s normal, it’s a coping mechanism.

So what percentage of men (or women) have sexual options under 30?

Based on the more serious and scientific research, under 10% of both men and women have “sexual options” at more or less any age group.

We (husband and wife) are both part of that minority group, but even in our circles, we were rarities.

People just don’t want to understand that the exceptions are not the norm. People love to give examples of their acquaintances who have 20-30 or more sexual partners by the time they are 30, the problem is, those people probably have a 100 other acquaintances that have 1-3 partners by 30, but they still take the “freak” as the norm.

More than this sub thinks but less than the general public thinks.

Conservatively at least 60-65%. My caveats are: I’m including all options including those that go against personal preferences.Most people I know are evenly matched. I am in one of the fattest areas in the entire country. “Don’t be fat, have good hygiene and don’t be objectively creepy” goes for both sexes.

Looking at my area and circle I know very few involuntary single adults. The ones I do know are walking sterotypes.

I work in construction so that's my bias, but our younger guys usually do pretty well. Even the weird, dumb and ugly ones usually have something going on.
Hell, I wouldn't have guessed but our one awkward, lanky anxious dude apparently meets a new girl every weekend. Here I had assumed he's never touched a boob but the labour crew invited me clubbing with them and he disappeared part way through. I called him, mildly worried (because I got everyone pretty blasted), and he said he was with a lady. The rest of the boys said that always happens when he comes with. lol

I'd guess 90% of men have options, though some either don't know how to or don't bother to pursue those options while for others they're not necessarily within the narrow scope of options they want.

Some options - probably 60-80%. Guys who are in gender balanced social circles may even have these options quite easily available. Good options - that is for serious relationship are not easy even for top 1%, you simply have to be lucky to find compatible person.
