Men and women continue to treat each other like shit and accuse the other side of being the only ones doing it.

Case #5 billion:

Men complain about dead bedrooms. Wives dismiss their concerns. “Sex isn’t a big deal! He’s so whiny!” The wife thinks that because sex isn’t a big deal to her, it shouldn’t be a big deal to him, either. People tell him “just communicate with her!” but she shuts him down and mocks him and dismisses him every time he tries. She tells her friends how he nags her, he’s annoying, blah, blah. And the man is left feeling lonely, unheard, and frustrated.

Well, men do the same thing to women. But usually in regards to chores. A woman asks her husband to help with the dishes. He does, but he leaves bits and pieces of food on the dishes. To him it’s not a big deal.

To her, it’s a huge deal. She brings up the issue and he dismisses her. She brings it up again and now she’s “nagging” and “creating woman drama over something so small.” He complains to his friends about how his wife is constantly on his back about small things. He thinks that because the dishes aren’t a big deal to him, they shouldn’t be a big deal to her, either. The woman is left feeling invalidated and unheard.

Men, here’s a thought: if you want a traditional woman who cooks and cleans, she’s gonna have higher standards of cleanliness than you. Respect and honor those standards even if it means you have to take your boots off before walking through the freshly-mopped kitchen. Or scrub the dishes and actually inspect them for food.

And women: your husbands are probably going to want sex. You shouldn’t expect him to idly sit by when you haven’t had sex in months, and you shouldn’t immediately dismiss his concerns when he brings them up. He’s human too and he’s probably craving intimacy and there’s nothing wrong with that. Actually talk to him and work on your issues.

Friday night at the club I had this realisation: I spend the whole evening with my head on a swivel looking for any signs of interest, talk to girls only because they are attractive; try to get to know them as quickly as possible, force a connection, sometimes get their contact info only for them to ghost/decline the next day. This makes me feel like a piece of shit that nobody wants. But looking inward, I know that I am not a piece of shit, my family, my friends, my sisters, my cousins, they all love me and regularly reach out to me.

Like what the hell? Why am I tying my self-worth to these women wanting me or not? They want what they want and it’s fine.

So this behaviour stops cold turkey. I have also decided to stop drinking alcohol on my night outs. Last night I went to the club by myself again and I drank Pepsi Max and just danced by myself, looking at the floor, or at lights, or straight ahead at no one in particular, and honestly it was so relaxing. I just didn’t give a fuck, I was in fact dancing a good distance away from where everyone was congregated.

It was nice. 10/10 would do it again. Go to club and just have fun by myself.

The idea that women are mostly judged by their looks while men are judged much more by their personality is false, but let's pretend it is true.

It's still much better to be a woman. Assuming a man can significantly "improve" his personality (debatable actually), it takes many years of concentrated practice to develop and you will still have less dating opportunities than the average thin woman gets by simply existing. You "improved" your dating value by working on yourself, but the average woman has so many dating dating opportunities, they still are better off.

Nevermind, improving your "personality" for dating isn't improving your personality as much as it is conforming your personality to women's narrow preferences of how they want a man to act, conforming to the female gaze. One of the biggest lies of society is that a good personality for men is one that conforms to the behaviors that women want from men, that women determine what is a good and bad personality.

The Calico Menace ^TM lost a tooth yesterday. Since Juliet's ordeal, my man has become rather obsessed with cat teeth. He was attempting to scrape some gunk off a back molar when it fell out. Da fuq?! Now we're terrified she has the same weird condition as Julie. (They are sisters after all.)

If women only get sexual attention, then they would latch onto the non-sexual attention. Because they don't respond to non-sexual/romantic attention, they obviously they get a lot of non-sexual/romantic attention. That's why it doesn't stand out or get a response.

He made it clear from the very start what he was interested in, it literally doesn't get more open and forthright than this. Some users asked why he didn't "ask her out first" but if he did that and later said he wasn't in anything serious, I would bet money that many of them(and many of you) would accuse him of "leading her on". It's a no win situation, the bottom line is that apparently it's evil for men to pursue or have casual sex.

And you know for a fact that most of these users would not have a problem with a woman having casual sex or asking guys to hook up.
