The right lost the abortion debate when prominent right-wing politicians made it clear they have no fucking clue what ectopic pregnancies are and would never be able to competently write legislation that makes an exception for the mother’s life.

They all say “we would make an exception for the mother’s life” but in order for that to take effect, you have to write legislation that doesn’t force the doctors to interpret it.

A woman could be on the verge of sepsis with a dying fetus inside of her and still unable to get an abortion because people are debating whether or not her life is truly in danger. “Well she might not die from sepsis so does she really need the abortion? Is her life truly in danger?” Then by the time sepsis kicks in, and her life is definitely in danger…too fucking late.

If I have to choose between unlimited abortion (even late-term) and potentially dying from an ectopic pregnancy…I’m going with the former.

Last year during december a woman in her late 20s I guess, became a regular here. She posted pics of her self and enjoyed the attention she got, she was actually nice and cool but sometimes got too gassed up, nothing outrageous but you know.

Then somehow a (female) cop found her insta and got one of the worst possible pics she could find of her from another insta profile, not her own profile to make it even worse.

I think it ended up circulating around the Discord or maybe just between a few users. Anyways she doxed her here with the pic to prove some bs, I believe it was to put her down for thinking she is too hot and for fooling the guys.

Another different user tried to dox another user (both females) bcs I guess she got too jealous over her lol. She is actually kinda lovely when we dmed for a few hours but I admit she has a big ego so probably petty (onesided)infighting between woman...

So stereotypes at full display lol.

“Primarily” and “fully” are two very different things, New York for example covers 40% of public schooling with state level revenue.

I also think whether states can afford the higher taxes to cover higher pay is a complicated issue. The fact remains that young graduates leave red states for blue ones well before they have kids, that simply does not happen unless their are more jobs in those blue states, so attracting jobs ought to be important for red states.

Further, even if they were to follow a strategy of higher taxes and better teacher pay, they would still end up below richer blue states engaging in the same strategy. If two areas set the same tax rates and allocate the same percentage of their budget to teacher salaries the richer area will end up with better teacher pay, and therefore attract the best teachers.

Oh, definitely. That’s why I said primarily. But none of this is disproving my initial comment, which was:

Brain drain is a terrible problem in the most conservative states. If they stay uneducated, they’re more likely to remain and keep the belief system they were raised in. Those with education often leave for more liberal pastures.

Remember that this was in reference to the children of conservative families (which I’m one of, as well). I grew up Mormon and am thrilled to have left the fold. Among my siblings who were raised in the church, none of us are still affiliated and multiple consider themselves to be atheists or agnostics. We all have advanced degrees.

Brain drain is an undeniable problem in many conservative states, for many reasons (including job opportunities, policies, and education). Education also reduces participation in religion and pushes people towards more liberal ideas.

Okay, so does it change your view if the person these cells came from has died? I do see foetuses as just collections of body pieces as they don't have the brain prerequisites to be considered a person, like skin or any organ other than the brain, which we would consider its own person. (Hence why, if we were able to give someone a brain transplant, we'd consider them to be the person the brain is from, not the person the whole rest of the body is from.) We are fine with turning people off life support if they're not able to gain consciousness any more. That's literally already a thing. Their immediate family are able to make that decision...sound familiar? It's not eugenics, as it applies to everyone the same. Is it eugenics to say someone's dead when they're not able to breathe and make decisions for them now?

Yes but I got into the red pill back in middle school after I randomly read The Game by Neil Strauss and I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell by Tucker Max. Back then the red pill was actually fun. There was no gender politics, the word incel, blackpill, and Chad hadn't been invented yet. That was the best time to jump in.

Other than general self help, my biggest takeaway was to stop being ashamed for wanting what I want. For nerdy guys like myself, it often feels taboo to actually express your desire out in the open. It was a big jump for me back then to think oh she's attractive. I want her. I'm going after her. There's going to be someone somewhere trying to get with her so it might as well be me.

I'm happy where I'm at. I'm chilling rn. It's funny how I have all these red pill ideas swirling in my brain but my dating life/relationships have all been normal and boring. I'm more likely to see the red pill in others than in myself so I see it as useful in that sense.

I don’t personally think gendered politics is a reaction to anything. I think it’s a grift and the men pushing gender politics ideas are grifters.

Grifters are all that's left. Most good sources have been deplatformed.

I think redpill has great aspects to it. But I don’t see how the things a lot red pill content creators focus on actually benefit men in dating. If anything I think it just creates animosity. Which is why I asked my question.

He's not mega popular (30k subscribers) but the vid is--so it's not like he was flashing fame to get these girls to act, nor does he probably have the $ to pay them to act
He does cut out the intro, so you only see the ending (when he tries to "close")

No. This is 100% scientifically unverified and is absolutely just my pet theory, but I think that humans give off a lot of unconscious signals. I watched a TV program once (a long time ago, and I have no clue what it was) where they had convicted rapists watch a series of videos of women walking down the hall. The rapists were able to identify which women had been sexually abused as children just by watching them walk.

So I think when people feel 'love at first sight', it's often just a trauma bond. There's something in the way the other person moves/talks that tells the subconscious brain, 'That person is going to compliment our own bullshit. Yes!'

I DO think that people can be attracted to healthy traits that a stranger might exhibit as well. I just think that when the feeling is so intense that it's probably just my own shit bubbling to the surface.

It's called harm reduction, everyone who does drugs safely and has sex safely practices it. Just about everything that's good in life comes with risks. Why should anyone have a beer if there's a risk of you becoming an alcoholic? Why should anyone have a chocolate bar if there's a risk they become dependent and become obese?

What you're not getting is that for every 100 threats there's maybe 10 actions. For every 10 guys you see as "stalking you," 9 of them are dudes who want to talk to you and "hover you in proximity" (or are totally unaware you see them as doing that and it's coincidence) hoping you approach, and 1 is dangerous.

I don't think you should take the risk with a guy like this. That's why I say avoid them. What do you think I do not understand? I am simply saying this guy will likely not make headlines as a serial killer. The odds are, he won't. You don't need to imply the next step (as you're trying to do) to merit avoiding rolling the dice on the next step.

Does it make you feel better to imagine he's a killer? A rapist? Is that what you need to justify disliking him? I saw that on twitter. I was actually hoping he was trolling the cops. But the last minute of the video made me believe he was very serious and genuinely deranged.

I’ve had a stalker before who ended up in jail as a result of his behavior toward my roommate and I and that’s how they sound.

Glad this guy was arrested. He was definitely going to harm someone. Not a matter of if, but when.

Rather than say if I think these are the "pinnacle" 9 traits or w/e, or if I'd substitute anything else in, I'll just go through and voice my opinion on each of the listed ones.

90% agree. The 10% being, I don't think it's terrible in a case where, for example, you make a lot of money but have a boring and/or meaningless job; i.e. sales or business-type jobs often fall into this.

Ah yes, the old “if you don’t like teaching little girls that sex is evil and they’re evil and used-up if they have sex even once, you must be a ‘cum-guzzling slut’” shaming tactic. Classic ad hominem.

My ncount is 1 (and I’m married to him) and I still despise purity culture. The notion that a girl’s total worth as a human being will be destroyed if she has sex is absolutely revolting to me. If you truly believe women should be pure and that sex pollutes them, then you as a man should never have sex— not even after marriage. After all, in purity culture, sex is a violating, filthy act of lust that destroys a girl’s or woman’s human worth. How can you expect a woman to have sex happily with her husband when you’ve taught her her whole like that sex is inherently degrading and shameful to her? Every act of sex from her husband is a punishment to her.

Men who think this way view women as disposable napkins to be used and cast aside— they are awful human beings, and cannot possibly be a good, loving husband.

Edit: almost forgot. I should also add that purity culture actually encourages sleeping around. If you’re already worthless because you had sex with your first boyfriend who said he loved you but then dumped you, then what difference does it make if you fuck more men? You’re already a used-up slut, so might as well enjoy it.

I'm old enough to have caught the tail-end of the whole purity culture thing that spread through evangelical circles in the 90s & 00s and I would say the intent was good, but completely at odds with the execution.

Church leaders wanted kids/young men and women to avoid sex before marriage but they did that by saying women were basically used up by the time they do get married if they have premarital sex (ex. each boy you're with you're giving a piece of your heart to. By the time you get married you won't have any left for your husband). For men, even so much as a hint of attraction was lust which was ADULTERY, plus coveting and all sorts of other nasty things.

At the same time, they didn't actually do anything to encourage people pairing into husband/wife bonds. Just "'don't have sex before marriage' and marriage will be... when you're settled and done with your education not our problem everything you need to know's in the Bible figure it out yourselves kids." Ie, at some indeterminate point in the future but certainly not in your early 20s. Nothing about how to be good spouses, nor about how sex is this great, wonderful thing... in marriage. Just, "sex bad." Don't think about it. Don't think of thinking about it. Those feelings you get when you see someone you think you like, that's doubly bad so don't do it.

It all came out to demonizing things that are perfectly good (in the marriage context) while also doing nothing to help young people get to marriage while also shaming them and failing to give them the tools to get to marriage. Purity culture as I understand it and saw it growing up in the early-00s was very much setting young people up for failure.
