The Red Pill talks a lot about how women are having sex ("riding the cock carousel") in their 20's, but by the time they hit their mid 30's and looking to settle down, all the good men aren't there anymore. In contrast, men's options only increase as they get older - a man in his late 30's, 40's and 50's has the pick of the litter of young women.

But that sounds like a revenge fantasy which doesn't hold true in the real world. So I'm wondering how much do men's and women's dating options diminish as they get older? The dating subreddits talk a lot about your dating options being drastically reduced in both quality and quantity in your 30's, so I'm curious.

Say for example a 35 year old male in a decent but not amazing job, average looking, how much have his options changed since being 25? What if he was 45, how much have his options changed since being 35? What about the same for females? Do men who struggle with dating in their 20's really have a much easier time when they're older, like TRP claims?

What do you reckon?
