Does anyone actually have information about the first incident? This references the first incident and the email about the second incident referenced the first incident. I see a lot of people making weird wild assumptions, I'd like a little more information because I make judgments.

The really shitty part is the offered reward and the fact that the police named him.

assault is harm or the threat of harm. So if the woman felt threatened that is assault she was a victim of assault. This will probably get thrown out by a judge because it needs to be a reasonable expectation of harm. Asking a question and then leaving afterwords is not assault. he can counter-sue, and i would considering my name was just published all over the community as an assault perpetrator before any conviction... poor poor policeman-ship

I keep thinking about the second case. Imagine you're walking up some stairs, someone is walking up a little way in front of you but you're thinking about something else. Suddenly, that person stops and turns around. You don't recognise them but they stopped to look right at you, so you say "Do I know you?". "No, I've never met you" she says, looking slightly annoyed. You wonder why she decided to stare you that way, but shrug it off and walk away. Then you get arrested for assault.

I would like to point out that this happened where I go to school. Almost all of my friends find it endlessly hilarious and pitiful that anyone would report a hug and a stranger speaking to them. That's why it's a good idea to avoid women in public as much as possible- don't even make eye contact. Anything- and I mean anything is now considered 'sexual assault' - just even a look- or coming too close by accident. Just look at the definition of 'sexual assault' on the CDC's website.
