Could you argue that rejection is more than just another night without sex?

Arguably its obviously a hit to the ego, but the idea for instance of being in love or really liking a girl, and she is both biologically and psychologically compelled to reject you and choose another, especially when she sleeps with them over you, is not only a verbal or societal acknowledgement that she thinks your value as a man isnt good enough, but also a literal "walk the walk" demonstration of it. Shed literally go all in with another, risking pregnancy and potentially years of her life with a man who isnt you.

Could you argue or those who have felt this, did you feel it on a surface level or do you begin to feel truly "worthless"
