Are female attraction standards REVEALING themselves as opposed to rising?

And will society and cultural expectations get to a point where it’s considered standard to just remain single as a woman, if you’re not truly attracted to a man?

There’s a distinct correlation between the proliferation of social media and dating apps, cultural shifts in favour of women’s sexual freedom, liberation and financial empowerment, and the rate of sexlessness and singledom.

Simply put - the more choice a woman has, the less they feel pressured to be with a man and the more financially independent they are - the more selective they are and the more they choose not to settle.

Arguably this is a good thing. Arguably not. Either way, women’s freedom and economic mobility in my opinion is good. But the side affects are proving to be negative for men.

Now as life is getting more and more comfortable, with all shopping available online, technology, apps, working from home etc and women hyping each other up and encouraging each other not to settle and to be selective as they can whilst only choosing for the most part men they’re attracted to, do you think sexual selectivity will only get more stringent with women - revealing what they’re TRULY biologically attracted to as a sex, and just how many men would genuinely be considered genetic dead ends if left to nature- and do you think that we have seen the peak or will more and more women choose to simply stay alone if they can’t couple up with somebody they actually feel visceral attraction for?
