1. The hypocrisy of some liberals/progressives when they talk about letting people love who they love without judgment, and their supposed hatred of stereotyping people and situations that don't involve them personally.
  2. The hypocrisy that exists in both advocating for women's agency in terms of bodily autonomy and taking more potentially permanent risks like abortion and sex reassignment surgery, while infantilizing women and "remote managing" their dating choices at the same time
  3. The hypocrisy of people who mock inkwels for thinking in fatalistic ways ("women don't like short/ethnic guys") but will casually make the generic claim that young women don't like older/old guys because none of their friends do.
  4. The hypocrisy of some women who will cry foul when men talk about the Wall happening at 30 and disparage female aging, but will eagerly hop on the "old men are dusty and gross" train when it suits their narrative that dating younger women is an inkwel revenge fantasy.
  5. The hypocrisy and unwillingness to consider that maybe the idea that the voting/driving/doing Onlyfans being lower than the point of brain maturation at 25 is cause for concern (if that's your position) and not a separate discussion from the age gap discussion.
  6. And just generally watching people ditch any sort of logical reasoning and resort to making cheap accusations ("you wanna date teenagers or something") and appealing to emotion ("would you let your daughter date an older man") when they can't argue the point
  7. The irony of not being aware of the trappings of a personal distaste-based reasoning that was used to shun and shame interracial and gay couples well past their legalistic prohibitions ("it may be legal now, but it's still disgusting and immoral")
