I'll try to keep it short.

Yes, on Tinder women swipe very selectively - but they have nothing (perceived) to lose by forfeiting "ok" guys in order to meet hotter guys, and they can play their 6'0+ games.

IRL though, women seem to relax their standards substantially, even when they talk big games to their friends.

All those 6'0+ standards suddenly go out the window when a 5'9 above-average but cool and expressive guy comes along - suddenly they don't just 'swipe-left' - it's a guy who's pretty attractive who's showing genuine interest and is unafraid of her resting bitch face, pretty rare occurrence.

Another thing is - girls seem to inflate how they talk about the looks of guys they like and deflate looks of guys they dislike - can't count the times I've been told about a "hot guy" by a girl, only for him to be just above-average.

TL;DR - girls are more selective than guys, they're hyper-selective on Tinder - but in actuality on average their standards are pretty mild.

imo Women being hyper-selective everywhere is a mirage - and a good one for women - it helps filter out cowards who're a long-term liability

EDIT:

People seem to confuse what I said with women having low standards - that's not what is said.

Women are more selective than men, especially short-term - but they're not THAT much more selective, as often depicted here, on manosphere circles - and often even by women themselves - we all know the meme 6'5 blue eyes hedge fund - but that's the thing it's like "blond thin big boobs" - yeah nice fantasy, but irl she goes out with a 5'9 introverted tech guy

EDIT2:

This is not a white pill - it's a grey (purple?) pill - women are still pickier than men - they're just less picky than a lot of them advertise, and less picky than late-stage RP would have you believe (not to mention blackpill).

I actually think looks are VERY important - just that the cutoff is more forgiving than what people around here throw around.
