I agree it cuts down on options - I wouldn't go out and try to be a teacher with one - but it should be backed with real life skills that one can use outside of that industry.

Most employers really won’t care. If you go to an IVY league school and might be the CEO of a company sure it might matter. If your career outlook is Starbucks nobody is is going to care.

I’ve hired people before and I can tell you that it would not bother me or stop me from hiring them unless it was an executive public facing position.

That’s why I save and invest my money. I don’t expect to re-enter the work place if I am wise with my money. I already am making $12k-$15k a month and am hoping that will increase substantially as I undertake advertising on TikTok (which could lead to a large amount of growth for my page). I am well aware of the implications of having an OF page and have pursued this despite the risks because the financial gains definitely make the risk worthwhile.

It seems to depend on what you do as well. People are still getting fired for being/having been in porn,stripping,etc Especially if kids/teens are involved or it is easy to find your work.

Wouldn’t they just not market their OF under their real name? How would employers search for it? I interview people all the time and I have no idea how to search if someone has done OF before or not.

It doesn’t matter for probably 99% of jobs. Having alot of followers might even be a positive for some jobs.
