The fact that many men put up with this lie is astounding. The fact that women rationalize this to themselves by thinking it’s because they “truly love” their man and as a result “want to wait for sex” to ensure “he’s the right one” is also simply a complete and utter lie.

I’ve been in love. I’ve seen women in love with me. If anything, they were MORE down to do the craziest and wildest of things sexually. It’s already been shown that women orgasm better with men they feel a connection to. When a woman is into you sexually, being in love with you only gets her more turned on. When a woman is in a relationship with someone and held off sex longer or doesn’t do specific sexual things or whatever else because he’s too “boyfriend material” what’s really happening is she’s just NOT sexually attracted to him enough. What’s also happening is that she does NOT love him as much as she thinks. Instead, what’s happening in the brain is that you’re listing all of the good qualities that the man might possess in hopes of being treated really nicely in a relationship. But that’s not attraction. Nor is it love.

Attraction, like love, is something you feel viscerally. It’s an impulse. Love is simply a stronger form of attraction. When you’re in love with someone, it gets to a point where you feel like you’d do anything to please your partner. The reason why it took her two months to have sex with you instead of the two hours it took with a guy she met at a club rarely, if ever, has to do with changing preferences. It almost always has to do with you just not making her feel enough attraction or love.

Exceptions of course apply to women who have sex with men to try to get something. This could be money, opportunities, a promotion, etc. But that’s just prostitution and I don’t think that necessarily counts here.
