ctrl-f "be confident" you'll do fine dating. This advice coming from the gender that can't send more than 20% of first messages. This is survivor bias, listening to people who already succeed. But then you see why/how they succeed and it makes 0 sense.

If women approached me and I had pick of the litter I wouldn't have to be confident either. So why is this the most universal advice women give?

The idea of separating sex from feelings. From my experience, I've seen far more women being heartbroken after having casual sex and being dumped than a man in the same situation. Obviously a generalization and some women can do it, but I do think those are the exceptions, not the rule.

The idea that men are not dating her because she's successful/rich/independent, and they feel insecure with her. Massive levels of cope, this one. I don't know any monogamous single man who would reject a woman who is decent, attractive and kind, with the reason of "She's too independent for me".

Saying they want a man who is open about his feelings. I understand that being a guy who doesn't open up at all is definitely unhealthy, but I honestly don't believe most women would feel happy dating guys who are always frank about how their own insecurities/fears etc. I don't think it's a coincidence that the men in many different cultures and ages were far more stoic than the women.

The most annoying Blue Pilled belief that women have is that men are pavlovian dogs that can be re-programmed to behave in the way that women would prefer if only men were taught by society. Like some perverse game of "society says."

Most women have this asinine Blue Pill belief that men are into porn because we are taught (Society Says) to like it, and not because we actually like it out of our own accord. That men seek youth and fertility because "society says" and not as a result of millennia of sexual evolution in our very DNA that compels us to feel most attracted to youth and beauty.

Another Blue Pilled belief that women have is that they are entitled to men's effort. This is why a lot of women act shocked and are in disbelief when men demand that they reciprocate his affections or whatever else he has invested on her. They believe they are owed and it never crosses their minds that it's an exchange and men are owed for what they paid for.

There's a lot but these are the ones i can think of at the top of my head.

They tend to be ignorant of the science about fertility and how that changes with age.
There's a tendency to think that the relationship should be centered around their needs and wants instead of the needs of both people being important.
There's a tendency for women to project what they find attractive onto men, (career and accomplishments)
The soulmate myth. Women, especially young women tend to buy into the idea that somewhere out in the ether that there's a man who will tick every box of requirements she could possibly want.
Women tend to think that "Women are equal to men and should be treated the same with the exceptions of the incidences where women are catered to" and dont see the contradiction.

A few notable ones I can think of:

Women fail to realize that in the sexual marketplace, their life is on easy mode in comparison to men of the same age from the time they are teenagers until at least their mid-30s, if not longer. Regardless of whatever complaint a woman has about the SMP, the fact is that outside of some very top tier men, she has it far better than men have it. Whether its matches on dating apps, access to sex, the attractiveness level of potential suitors, etc... Women often view men through an apex falacy; a delusion under which the top tier men is how life is for all men when in fact it is anything but for the vast majority.
I'll take your example and make a tweak to it. Because as another commenter mentioned, I agree that a lot of women go for that career and try to be that dominant boss chick because that's what they want to do, not because they think it will attract men. But I do think these women vast overestimate their value and the net results they will get from that value in the SMP. If you're a women who has worked hard on her career, are say 35 years old, a PHD, a CEO, you're making $500,000 a year, your sights are set very high. Simple probability means that finding a man of the same stature, and one who is actually single will be extremely difficult. And those men? They are top tier men who have their pick of tons of women. They're not looking for a 35 year old who acts like a man and will never be available because of all the time she has to spend focusing on her career. They will take the 25 year old whose a waitress instead. That high powered career woman can still find a man for sure, but she's going to have to settle hard and that can be a tough pill to swallow.
Fertility. Egg freezing is a big one, something that while I think has good intentions is predominantly on the level of a scam; selling very low odds to women at a very high price tag. And the companies that are reimbursing their high level female employees are doing so not for altruism, but because if they can hold off that employee from having a kid in the short term she will be more profitable to them. If she freezes her eggs odds are quite good it will not be successful and she can keep working for them. These companies value these women as employees and would prefer they not go on maternity leave or possibly quit the company entirely to raise a kid. I could go on a lot of tangents on the fertility subject, but this is one example.

That being bossy, assertive, dressing like a guy, having male hobbies like video games or soccer will make her more attractive to men. Sometimes it happens, but what I can guarantee you will happen is that she'll attract low testosterone bitchy men with a "tomboy gf" fetish.

This includes women who think having a degree and money gives them an edge with high value men. Reality is men don't give a fuck about these things.
