Men are constantly told they overrate themselves, despite the fact that the vast majority of men obviously UNDERrate themselves. Meanwhile, women are notorious for overrating their physical appearance.

How many average looking men do you know that think they are “models” complete with glamour shots and Instagram accounts specifically for their portfolios? How often do you see average-ugly or obese men rudely decline the advances of women more attractive than them?

You don’t, because the above never happens. The reverse happens rampantly, with historic numbers of men of all levels of attractiveness struggling to acquire partners with similar or even lower levels of attractiveness.
