I think we men need to be more vocal (whine and air our grievances like women do) about the psychological, covert abuse women levy against us in relationships.

Men tend to be abusive in very noticeable and easily measurable ways, like physical abuse, financial abuse, anger issues, etc.

Women tend to be abusive in invisible, subtle, covert, hard-to-measure ways, like bringing up arguments that were previously resolved back up days/weeks later or weaponizing your insecurities or traumas against you with the malicious intent to hurt you, or manipulating you out of your resources (like the women who have orbiters and use them to extract value while giving them just enough attention to delude them to thinking they have a chance to date her).

Just think about how often you see women ask men in a passive aggressive, “are you insecure? Who hurt you?” when they hear a man state a preference. I rarely ever see men fight back against women for their height or money preferences directly to their faces. They just accept it and toil internally. Men should ask women who want a taller, stronger, richer man, “why, are you insecure?” and see how they react.

I also think women who take advantage of simps and profit handsomely off them are no different than men who take advantage of women for sex. Some of the most misandrist women I’ve seen here are sex workers and I always laugh at the irony and hypocrisy of their indignation.

I just want to say this subreddit has recently become a favorite of mine. It's just so comfy. Like, even though the posts I've seen here tend to be created by men who lean towards red and black pill, there seems to be a lot of diversity of thought on here and I love to see users with so many different kinds of "pills" in their flair. Regardless of the particular viewpoints we hold, we're all hanging out and having a good time with eachother. I'm still here for dating advice primarily, but in general I appreciate how laidback and diverse the community here is.

Also, if I post one or two pictures of myself here, could I get a face/body critique? I received one from a user before, but I figure why not get a few more opinions.

TL:DR: What does it mean if random women I've never spoken to before giggle or smile at me?

I am neurodivergent, officially diagnosed with ADHD and probably also have undiagnosed autism. I desperately want to behave neurotypical but unfortunately my neurodiversity is too severe to successfully pass for one.

As a result, you could probably "clock" me a few seconds after seeing me, recognizing that something was "off" about me.

Throughout my adolescence, I've had moments where women would giggle or chuckle or smirk at me, in a way that I considered sympathetic rather than mean-spirited. Most recently, I was at a job interview and the candidates were mingling with existing employees. Given my difficulty with organic socializing, I ended up just sitting at my seat quietly while everyone else was enmeshed in conversation. During lunch hour, after walking back to my desk with lunch supplied by the company, I made eye contact with a young woman who was giggling at me and it seemed her friends at her table were giggling along with her. I sat down at my table and ate my lunch in peace, assuming that she thought I was very innocent and dorky and found it endearing.

This kind of incident has happened in the past before, and each time I've always assumed that the women found my visible neurodivergence to be endearing, and thought I was a sweetheart. For example, one time I sat down at my university bar, and one of the bar waittresses sees me sit down and smiles to herself for a brief second. It was a fairly warm smile, in my opinion.

But I'm recently confronting my old ways of thinking, and coming to believe that the assumptions I've held of other people my whole life were not accurate of those people at all, but rather were a gravely mistaken set of projections from my own dangerously naive neurodivergent mind. For example, I used to think women really liked "innocent" guys and wanted to be with a man who was "pure of heart". But the more Reddit I read, and the more Youtube videos I watch, and the more I reflect on my schooldays, the more I think I was painfully incorrect about that assumption.

So I'm now wondering if these giggles and smiles I've received in the past are actually an instance of mockery, meaning that these women found me so strange and unappealing that they could not withhold themselves from chuckling at me. I definitely don't think I'm handsome enough to illicit smiles of romantic interest from random women, so I don't believe it could be that (though I desperately wish that were the case).

As stated previously, it doesn't seem like a "mean" smile to me. It's not the kind of devilish, snarky smile you'd see in some catty highschool drama like Riverdale. It honestly feels like a sort of "warm" smile that is sympathetic towards me, hence why I thought they found me endearing.

I want to start approaching women soon, something I've never done before but need to start doing now since I'm nearly 28 and need to find a good woman before they're all taken by other men. But before approaching women, I'd like to know why these earlier women reacted to me the way they did.

Long story long, my question is: what you guys think it likely means if women who I've never spoken to before are giggling or smiling after seeing me?

I'm not skilled enough at reading facial expressions to decide for myself what these reactions could mean, hence why I need Reddit's help.

In the early PUA days, the advice was to demonstrate yourself as the alpha male of the group, the AMOG. Because these spaces were filled with social retards, these guys would do it by insulting other members of the group or by highlighting ways in which they're better than another person.

It always took on a negative connotation because of this, and the acronym eventually became a verb. "My taller friend was AMOGing me the whole night", "He was AMOG'd by that guy who dominated the conversation", then shortened to MOG'd, then finally it stopped being an acronym in all caps, where you get the word mog.

Modern feminism isn’t about uplifting all women. It’s about uplifting women in prestigious arenas where they have to compete with men.

But this is not a gendered thing. It’s just a human thing. Humans want power. And power corrupts.

I see women complain about not having enough representation as CEOs and on board seats, but I don’t see women complain about not having a seat on the bed of a garbage truck.

I see women complain about under representation in STEM, but I don’t see them complain about the overrepresentation of women in Nursing and Teaching.

I see women complain about how society doesn’t socialize them as young children to pursue careers and education, but I don’t see women complain about being over represented in college.

I see women complain about the gender wage gap, but I don’t see women trying to take on high risk, high paying jobs in the trades or infrastructure.

I see women complain about the patriarchy and gender norms, but I don’t see women complaining about never having to approach men for dates or paying for dates.

I see women complain about double standards like men preferring non-promiscuous women, but I don’t see women complaining about short and poor women clamoring for disproportionately taller and wealthier men.

I see women complain about not having the right to choose, but I don’t see women complaining about men’s right to choose.

I see women and media widely shame men for sexist language and slurs, but I don’t see women and media calling out body shaming from women (small dick energy, you’re bald, you’re short and useless, etc).

I see women call men predators and deviants to be afraid of because a small minority of men truly are such pieces of shit, but I don’t see women shame women for lying about SA or reverse rape or domestic abuse or paternity fraud.

I see women calling themselves the true victims of war, but I don’t see women trying to enlist in the army to fight on the front lines and risk getting their limbs and heads blown off.

I see women shaming men for participating in hook up culture and sleeping around, but I don’t see women shaming women for enabling hook up culture and sleeping around.

I see women shame men for being celibate losers who don’t deserve anything, but I don’t see them take issue with selling their bodies and pics to said men for extreme amounts of money.

But in spite of all this, when I think about it, it’s just human nature. It’s not because women are inherently selfish. It’s human nature to want power. If women were somehow more physically strong than men, we’d be living in a matriarchy where men are oppressed, too.

TLDR: human beings are selfish pieces of shit that try to hold onto power when they wield it.

Almost everyone has had a hard time in some form or another, unless they were royalty and aristocracy at the top or more recently born into generational wealth with good social connections.

Whenever you have a disagreement with a woman on an issue and try to rectify it for everyone's benefit, they always resort to making it about themselves or how womankind are victims. They forget there is a whole other gender making up 50% of the adults on earth. The most prevalent example pink pill I’ve ever witnessed is my sister and her ex boyfriend. My sister dated this guy in college and who was living with his grandmother and was a wagie when they met. Mind you, this guy was three years older than my sister so he had already graduated college but was bummy. Before you ask, yes he was her looksmatch.

My sister let him stay at her apartment rent free. She didn’t ask him money for grocery’s or other bills. She pored herself into him 100%. She researched careers for him, created is resume and LinkedIn for him. She was so focused on him that she flunked out of college because she was more worried about getting his future together than her own.

He got a better job, got a new car and felt like he didn’t need my sister anymore so he cheated on her. Being a self sacrificial woman and hoping that a male is selfless enough to reciprocate when he hasn’t done so the whole relationship is straight up Bobo the Clown behavior.

And the thing is this guy wasn’t a “bad guy”. He wasn’t abusive. Wasn’t a criminal. He was nice when I would talk to him. He was one of those stealth “bad guys” were on the surface they appear to be relatively normal but if you’re actually in a relationship with them they selfish as fuck and don’t mind using women has step stools to the next best thing.

Why do people use analogies? To give people who don’t understand something a more relatable frame of reference so they can better understand it.

It’s not to say that the concepts/objects/people/etc used in the analogy are equal to each other. It’s to demonstrate an underlying idea or principle. The objects/things used in the analogy are not the point and should not be what people focus on.

I see this time and time again where people use analogies in the way they’re intended to be used and then morons narrow mindedly focus on the components of the analogy that are being compared to shut down the conversation.

It’s the telltale sign for me that that person is not very smart and goes off of emotions before logic.

So you get “hungry” for money. But when it’s used to explain male horniness, some moronic women just latch onto the comparison and lash out by saying “women aren’t food for men to consume!”

A friend recently confided that she was still on the fence about having a kid.

She turns 40 in April and she's about 350lbs at 5'6". She has a litany of medical issues and her and her husband's favorite pastime is alcohol (craft brewing, whiskey tasting, tequila tours, wine bars, etc).

They have the space, time, and money, but they've spent the past decade being hipster artisanal alcoholics. I know she wanted to be a mom in her 20's, but her husband kept putting it off and she eventually acquiesced to his "craft brewing" lifestyle.

I don't know what to tell her, she knows the bio clock is over due but I'm not sure she realizes how much of lifestyle overhaul she and her husband would have to engage in for even a slim chance of sucess.

It's a shame, aside from the obesity and artisanal alcoholism, she'd be a good mom. If they decide to go through with this I foresee a lot of miscarriages and heartbreak in her future.

One thing I’ll give to the feminists is that there’s no financial safety net for women who stay at home and not work.

My own mom right now is going through this. She doesn’t have applicable job skills from not pursuing education and being a stay at home mom.

So Q4A: apparently there’s some new discourse emerging around the term housewife versus kept woman or kept wife. The thinking is that the reason housewives are so depressed and the role is more looked down upon is because, while that woman’s “only” responsibility is the house she must do everything in it. Cooking, cleaning, caring for children and she has 100% responsibility for all those things.

Whereas kept women don’t HAVE to do everything: they have staff, can hire help, if they are working it’s because they want to make their own money to do whatever with. Their partners are happy to help with childcare and household chores, but the expectation isn’t that she, or he, do them 100% of the time.

Now, the discussion was that this difference needs to be communicated early on in the relationship. Is a man looking for a helper or a companion mainly? I think men that look for companions first are worried less about her domestic skills, and more about her personality and how she meshes with him. Men that want just a housewife care more about how she will raise his kids and keep their home.

Thoughts?

Another theory I have for why men are so much easier to shit on is because our bad actions are much worse in magnitude and noticeable. Think of rape and murder. Or less damaging things like using women for sex. It’s often a very very very small minority of men who do these things. But when they do it, EVERYONE notices. It’s hard to miss.

Women OTOH inflict the same total damage to men in society, but in much more subtle innocuous ways. Think of it as women giving men small paper cuts here and there, but to a much wider population of men.

Imagine a society of 100 men and 100 women. Maybe 5 of those men will do something HORRIBLE to 5-10 women that everyone can see. Let’s call that total damage/pain a value of around 50. But for women, it’d be around 50 - 70 women inflicting small amounts of damage to 80 of those men in small doses over time. The total damage would still be around 50.

Someone walks around with a black eye and you’ll notice it. They will get asked what happened and they will eagerly share. But no one notices the legions of men walking around with small paper cuts. No one knows to ask what happened and if asked, the person with the paper cut won’t even know they had one to begin with.

The total damage we inflict on each other is the same, IMO. There’s no scientific way to measure or prove this. So it’s merely a personal theory.

Good morning all,

I've noticed a tactic that the sub's more adversarial women use that annoys me because men don't see it for what it is.

Nearly every time men state an experience or something they've observed women do, at least one of the lovely ladies on this sub asks for an example (they demand it, really). Specifically, on-the-spot, court-ready evidence in the format of their choosing that is unfalsifiable.

The reason this is such a slick move is that, socially, it's certainly reasonable (even expected) to ask for evidence to back a claim. That's obvious. So, not being able to provide any link or screenshot of what you're talking about immediately in that moment means to them and other female (and occasionally male) onlookers that your point must be invalid, even if an overwhelming amount of men agree to that stated experience or observed behavior.

The other thing about it is that even if you do provide this evidence, they will find a way to discredit it.

[Insert "Can you provide a single comment of a woman doing this???" lol]

If they don't completely discredit it, they'll say it's not a big deal, since it's not as important as women being murdered, raped, etc. even if the conversation has nothing to do with those heavy topics.

And even still, if they agree that the provided example of behavior is indeed an example, clearly it was done by a crazy woman or a specific type of woman, and since most of them are "normal", the example still doesn't matter.

It's also sick because if you do see it for what it is and choose not to play, they still take it as a win because "you couldn't find a single example", so the point you're discussing must not exist in reality.

It's interesting to witness and admittedly tough to deal with.

Seriously guys and girls, there is a solution to all your problems. To all the problems that are being mentioned and discussed on here.

The solution is: #Islam

1.) It promotes monogamy. Instead of one man sleeping around with thousands of women he'd stick to one woman. Now the other 999 women can go for other men who are not taken yet. And so on and so forth.

2.) Clearly defined and fair gender roles. Men are supposed to provide. As a woman it is in your every right to demand a man who is able to provide for you. As a woman you just need to be a good wive and that is basically all. The gender roles are not set in stone, but the men is held accountable for providing. Meaning, if seen necessary, of course the women can also do stuff. It is also up to the woman if she decides to marry a rather poor guy.

3.) No free-mixing. Think of women-only gyms or men-only gyms (though men-only gyms cannot exist nowadays, thanks to feminism). This would result in women not having to be constantly worried to be hit on or perved on by unwanted men.

4.) Re-strengthening of the family structure. This would automatically lead to properly raised and educated children. It is a very tough environment for children nowadays and unlike most on here I don't blame the younger people for their behaviors. It is us who failed to teach them properly, with all the divorced parents and single-parent households it is no wonder that society is falling apart nowadays.

5.) I won't get into details, but unlike popular belief, in Islam men and women both have rights. For example if the man doesn't fulfill certain parts the woman can go for divorce. Likewise if the woman doesn't fulfill certain parts the man can go for divorce.

Really Islam would solve all the issues you guys have. N-Count discussions would be completely wiped out because it is none of anyone's business to talk about a woman like that. Accusers need to bring 4 witnesses who actually saw the man or woman doing adultery. 4 witnesses! All the dating issues would be gone. Except for, well, if you are in general unattractive (like I am) chances might be that you'll still end up not finding a partner. Sorry. Hypergamy would be a thing of the past though.

Islam solves PPD, TwoX, FD and so much more. Islam is the solution for everything.
