  1. High value sperm donor. You'll carry a high value man's child, but you'll have to raise that child by yourself. You are not the first woman he's donated sperm to.
  2. High value man's concubine. You're in a committed relationship with a high value man, but you're sharing him with other girls. He's loving and wonderful and there for your children, but it's not monogamous.

Children are required in scenario 1, children are not available in scenario 3. All the other ones you get to choose if you have children or not.
