Yeah, people can lack self-awareness, and replay dysfunctional scripts they adapted as a youngster to deal with obstacles.

I just realized I am doing this since I find myself seeking certain women who are terrible for me... I think it relates to early childhood issues: I couldn't self-individuate emotionally as a child, like normal , either because of domineering control, neglect, or being a bit of a pussy.

So with love I become codependent like a kid, and also seek to replay relationship with unavailable people, in hope to finally find closure... but really I need to override my instinct to fall for borderline women and choose and become more wholesome, interdependent partner.

Also for codependency, can learn to acknowledge without shame wants, needs, and also assert firm boundaries & establish internal validation, etc.

Like I’ve been married for 15 years and I have daughters not sons. I’m past the point of these types of relationships issues or inequities impacting me personally.

But surely I can offer the social commentary in this metoo equal outcome obsessed world that, well, we’re kind of at the point that we can’t just have women’s grievances about men as the only problem here.

Who women select in relationships drives a lot of collective behavior. And women demanding equal outcomes in some scenarios and treatment in others, while basically facing zero accountability for poor choices that drive the very problems they complain about is… a bit of problem, no?

If you don’t want shitty men in society you kind of have to have large numbers of attractive women rewarding that very behavior.

I have an opinion about this in the same way I haven an opinion about like the Ukrainian conflict. The direct impact on me is kind of negligible, but line I think it’s a rather relevant issue for western society collectively.

Morally of course you're correct as always but pragmatically/materialistically/worldly it is in society's collective interest to discourage behaviors that are non conductive towards the continued operation of said society, and shaming is one of the few remaining methods available to society at large.

1- We care about people, and sometimes is frustrating how close, "apparently normal" friends, say every day they want to find a good man, but end up always fucking assholes.

Thats a very naive approach. Most people dont show their true selves to friends or family let alone random strangers. The only real masure of how a person actually thinks is how they behave not their words. And the prevalence of men experiencing and dealing with women who have little to gain outside of being fuckable points to most men just being extremely sexually desperate and are clearly forgoing their own preferences/quality of life for whatever sexual satisfaction they can get. They obviously care that their partners are bad, as these relationships rarely last more than a year and cheating/trying to cheat being so prevalent. but they stay in part because it is a safer bet than risking going long periods without sex.

I agree with you, but I don’t think you realize the full implication of what you’ve posted.

If I, as a man, am rejected by a woman who then proceeds to sleep with a narcissist who ghosts her, I don’t have the option of telling people “That’s fine, she’s probably just shallow and emotionally fucked up and doesn’t know how healthy relationships work.”

Now of course that’s exactly what I believe and think in situations like those, because no one else has any control over what I think is true. But if I were to express my actual sentiments, people who fault men for everything will come out of the woodwork and tell me I’m an incel, or I have a “sour grapes” mentality, or I’m “coping”, or whatever.

You have to acknowledge that our society actively discourages men from coming to healthy conclusions like the one you’ve posted. If a woman rejects a man, he’s simply not allowed to express any other sentiment other than that he somehow wasn’t good enough for her. Over time, this has a massive effect on how men approach relationships, as trials of their virtue or value as a human being.

And when you internalize that message, as a lot of young men are socialized to do, it is extremely jarring and upsetting when someone clearly lacking in virtuous traits “wins” against you in what you’ve been taught (often by women themselves) to think of as a contest of virtue.

If you want to fix the problem, the first step is to have to have a social climate in which it is acceptable for romantically rejected men to criticize women who reject them, at least when such criticism is justified (I acknowledge that it’s often not, but that’s not the issue at hand here).

I understand what you're saying you completely and in general you're probably right. The problem is, all of the red pill stuff has become more and more common and is nearly mainstream now because people are noticing the kind of behaviors from women that turn people red pill.

It is not just the influencers. Average men don't like those influencers and red pill influencers only make an impact on you if you've already accepted the red pill. Otherwise it's actually quite offensive to normal men.

It's not all women by any stretch but there is a large enough percentage that these kind of conclusions are very easy to come to as a male in today's world. This was never a problem not all that long ago so obviously there's been changes on both sides. Or perhaps one side has been pushed a little too far and they've had enough. The interpretation doesn't really matter but changes have happened.

Its not jealousy, its a mixture of anger, envy, frustration and a bit of entitlement.

On one hand, you hear women complaining about how they are treated by men, all those junkies and criminals are not precisely pussy starved. They can treat women as a punching bag and still never lack female company.

On the other hand you have a lot of hard working, educated, and civiliced men that treat women with respect who cant get and keep their attention even if their life depended on it.

Its one of those cases of did everything good, and got nowhere, while someone acts fouly (sorry bad english) and gets better results. The mentality goes something like "If they have a woman, or sometimes quite a few, why dont I have one, Im way better than a junkie or a wife beater". TBH there is not much incentive to be kind to women when this kind of men is so successfull with them.

I see gold diggers and awful women in relationships all the time. You dont see me crying “Nice girls finish last”. Why? Because I know thats not a dynamic I want and the guys who pursue those women are trash too.

You seem to forget that the kindo of man that says "nice guys finish last" is the kind of man that tried over and over again and still did not get the good nor the bad girl. While even the most ugly female orc will always get some level of attention and desire, it might not be the atention she wants, but is attention still.
