ok so I actually do agree that society teaches women they are better than men, but I feel like you are not using the best examples.

guys can't do sexy dances because it's not socially acceptable. the same way it's not socially acceptable for guys to wear dresses or do makeup. if a guy is praised for doing these things, it is almost always exclusively by women. I've seen ones where guys on insta do something like that, and there's thousands of comments of "slayyy" and "we love a self-confident guy," all from women. meanwhile, any men who comment will be insulting him, saying "not a real man," and other such negative things.

when guys flex their muscles, there are going to be guys supporting them, and at least some female simps. when a girl does the ass thing or the duck face, there are going to be lots of girls supporting her and a number of male simps. there are also going to be lots of insulting or degrading comments from men either slutshaming or just calling her ugly. I have seen hundreds upon hundreds of these comments. I literally had to delete instagram because the awful things women got called on there were making me depressed.

I also don't think having horny guys in your comments and DMs is especially validating unless you are deprived of sexual attention like most guys are. if men as a whole weren't lonely, touch-starved, and sexless, they'd be annoyed and disgusted at receiving degrading sexual comments from women. it's something women take advantage of, but not something that makes them feel they're necessarily "better."

also, any sane person would be repulsed by someone willing to spend $30/min just to talk to them. man or woman. seriously, that's on another level of having no self-respect. I suppose it would give a woman a sort of sense of superiority, but at the same time it would cause her to self-objectify, consciously or not. to be fair, catering to these men in the first place would also suggest a lack of self-respect. both are repulsive, but the woman is in fact the one in the position of power.

and consider that the only one putting women in these positions of power are men themselves. sure, if the cute girl at work is actively seducing all the guys that's one thing, but the average lady gets attention whether she wants it or not. it's productive to discuss this dynamic whether or not anyone is at fault, but I am sick of guys blaming women for women's social advantage while simultaneously enabling it.

like I said I do think women are taught they're better, but just not due to direct sexualization, which in my opinion teaches women they're worse than men because it drives them to body dysmorphia, anorexia, internalized misogyny, obsession over beauty standards, and a lot of other things that give me reason to think it's not really an advantage.

ok so these are my thoughts about what people can do to solve this issue:

first of all, women need to hold each other accountable. we shouldn't shame our boyfriends online, generalize about men, treat men as our servants, or have ridiculously high standards for them. there isn't a lot that men themselves can do about this. leaving angry comments is not going to change anyone's mind, although tactfully calling out the double standard could definitely be good. if you act stupid, women are going to think you're stupid, so just avoid acting stupid (lashing out and etc).
secondly, men need to cultivate a sense of community among other men. destigmatize crying, hugging, opening up to each other. leave more positive comments on men's posts, like women do with other women. don't bring down guys who aren't as masculine. make your bros feel like they're worth it even if they don't have a woman. women are pretty good at the somewhat fake "you're beautiful no matter what" and "he doesn't deserve you" thing but honestly, try it. you can still have authentic masculine bonds while ridiculously hyping each other up.
thirdly, as you mentioned, men NEED to stop simping!! women as a whole are not going to stop taking advantage of men unless they stop volunteering to be taken advantage of. it's simply not going to happen. yes I have my own issues with anyone who willingly participates in prostitution, but the responsibility is still also on the consumer.

anyway, these are my thoughts. reading it over again I hope it doesn't come off as condescending. if it does come off that way I apologize. I think this problem is important. so anyway yes

Social media most likely effects the sexes equally, based on higher Neuroticism in women (that culturally healthy coping mechanisms haven’t been developed yet like magazines/TV/ radio/etc. did in the past) and men due to their variations of mental illness rates.

But Gen Z and younger in particular are more vulnerable to developing social media and dating app addiction due to growing up on internet, especially to social media algorithms.

This may be having consequences for recent social and political movements, including gender war content and is contributing to our unhealthy western dating cultures.

This is just one of many examples effecting men and women equally that is a concern of our declining western societies and we can continue to advocate for legislative changes from governments to better regulate social media corporations and algorithms and AI content as recent research is indicating the mental health and social effects may be concerning.

It's totally fine because those of us men who succeed, tend to far succeed beyond these women, where we can see just how delusional these women are about the idea that they are "better".

And then they desire us because we are a success, but we don't desire them because not only are we better than them, we don't need them, and we have learned who the women are who are best for us, and it's not these women with delusional superiority complexes.

So we choose the cute feminine women, and leave these boss "babes" to either buy a cat and die alone, or date other women with obesity problems, or get in and out of situationships with loser guys that they use and abuse. Hey, they drank the cool-aid, so they get what they get.
