My mother-in-law insists on speaking our native language when she talks to me. I don't really speak even the dialect of my own family although I understand it. But I can't understand almost a half of words she says because my husband and his family speak another dialect. It's similar, but a lot of common vocabulary and pronounction are different.

We all speak Russian, she uses it with others without any issues, but she keeps speaking purely her language with me and makes my father-in-law do the same. I guess she hopes that I will learn it, but it just makes me feel excluded.

I didn't like my face as much lately. Looking in the mirror it was like "shit you're starting to look your age" it was vague but I wasn't as attractive.

Then it finally dawned on me, I had developed a slight neckbeard.

I've had a beard for a few years, natures makeup gift to men, and fuck I looked good with it, but in trimming I kept letting it creep down my neck. Instead of a well defined jawline not being fat gives me, it looked more rounded as the beard obscured it.

on a different note from my last post, this has been a very good year in regards to our (my wife and I) finances. In total, if we calculate what we made this month compared to January of this year, we got 40% more money.

My wife changed jobs and also got a promotion in the spam of 6 months this year. On my end, managers observed that the job market was unfreezing from last year and didn't want to lose people and everyone in my team got some pretty good pay raises.

I kind of feel like hypergamy hurts regular women so much. It leads them to feeling entitled to men who are UMC+.

Which in theory would be fine, but the issue is they find themselves in competition with women who’ve been raised amongst these men. Who are just as capable of earning as these men. Think the same as these men. Women who’ve basically been groomed to be complimentary to these men.

I’m 26 but tend to date older men 35-36 usually- I can say if a guy is still single at 35/36 they most definitely have a mental health problem. I just ended things with a guy I was dating (36) because he seemed to have narcissistic/borderline personality issues. I know this is a huge generalization but it’s been my situation.
