Ok so random ass thought, but what is it with some women and feeling the need to tell you out-of-the-blue about their sexcapades?

I've heard guys do this before, but the ratio of guys to girls doing it isn't even close. I've maybe seen guys actually talk in detail about a sexual encounter down to the unneeded details maybe twice.

I've been playing Sims for a few days and I've recollected how one male user here said something in lines "women claim not to want having kids, but in sims they have a bunch". His point was that, in face, we do want to have kids because we play into doll houses on our computers.

As a kid I used to kill my sims all the time. A common scenario I played was a couple with a bunch of kids, who then either get divorced and a woman struggles with providing for kids and raising them or both parents tragically drowned in the swimming pool/burnt in the fire and the oldest sibling had to raise the young ones, again, heavily struggling in the process. I guess listening to my mother's working stories did affect my perception of family life.

Ive always found absurd that saying that goes something like this:

"Think about if you are the type of man you would want your daughter to date. If not, then change".

First off, why would how I act with women have anything to do with my hypothetical daughter? I dont plan on having sex with my hypothetical daughter.

Secondly, even if I acted the way I would want a guy dating my daughter to act, it does:

Here's an opinion. I don't think you need to be masculine to have success with women contrary to this shpere's obession with masculinity. Many women even find a lot of it rather silly and are turned off by overt displays of such things.

K-pop is an inherently toxic field. It's probably one of the worst examples of lookism, "do or die" mentality and corporations owning human beings and turning them into a product.

They start competing really early, teens get into trainees programs when they're still minors. If I remember correctly, when they're around 13-14 y.o. They're pressured to get plastic surgeries and the way they "diet" is more similar to starving. They are forbidden from dating, sometimes they can't even leave the building they're living in due to their contracts. They barely get to meet their parents.

I wonder whether it will ever get better, as these issues exist not just uniquely in k-pop industry, they're the outcome of issues they have in their culture overall.

I got a permenant ban from reddit for a comment I made in PPD for rule violation that was clearly not a rule violation. So had to be somebody here.

I appealed twice pointing out why it was not a rule violation and I was pleasantly suprised when they reversed. I heard they rarely lifted the permanent bans. Guess I got lucky.

The time before I got a seven day suspension was because somebody also here mined through my comments in other subs and found something I should not have said that was kinda on the edge. I know it was somebody here because they messaged me and told me to enjoy my ban.

Anyway turns out I did miss reddit. Seems like most of my reddit troubles come from PPD.

I’ve entered the age demographic (26+) where no woman is ever truly single. Even the ones I talk to and SAY they’re single still fuck/pine over a man they’ve been on and off with for years. Literally never fails.

I don’t mind and I’ll play the long game but this is exactly why men HAVE to multi-date and cultivate their options because women are never truly “single” they have so many back up options and past flings/LTRs that you’d be a fool to waste your time.

Just fuck them and leave because they will get what they want out of you (validation and attention) while getting other aspects from another man (sex, intimacy) and keep that arrangement as long as possible.

Warriors and Worriers: Survival of the Sexes by Joyce F Beneson is pretty interesting if you're into this pill stuff. She's a Professor of Psychology and a member of the Dept of Human Evolutionary Biology at Harvard.

Her research focuses on sex differences in competition and cooperation.

The book was pretty eye opening honestly and many of the points have cited research and data to back them up. There are points where I feel like she makes extrapolations that are unwarranted but overall still very interesting.
