I think I'm in a hopeless situation when it comes to dating/relationships.

I'm a 34 year old virgin in Texas. I'm 5'3, bald, Indian, quite ugly, and physically disabled (fibromyalgia, EDS, chronic TFCC tears, and spinal issues). I'm unable to work out or lift weights because of my disabilities. I'm also autistic and struggle with social interactions (despite years of therapy and coaching).

Things I've tried so far:

I've tried online dating for several years (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, OkCupid, Match.com, etc) but I've not gotten any matches or likes or anything.

I've read most of the Redpill and PUA literature (Models, The Game, NMMNG, etc) and have tried multiple cold approaches and warm approaches. No luck there either.

I regularly attend support groups and meetups for autistic adults, and everyone there is a guy who's also lonely and sexless like me. I've yet to see a woman at any of these groups.

I've gone to meetups and hobby groups (cooking, yoga, language learning, gardening, etc). I've noticed that most of these groups consist of men, and the very few women that are there are either there with their boyfriends/husbands or are simply not interested.

I've tried matchmaking services. No luck there either. Not even gotten a date out of it.

I've even traveled to Asia (Korea, Japan, China) and tried both online dating and cold approaching there. I've had no luck there as well.

Prostitution is a felony punishable with prison time where I live (Texas) so unfortunately seeing an escort is not an option for me here.

I've also been in therapy with multiple therapists over 10 years. It really hasn't helped me at all though.

At this point, after more than 15 years of trying, I'm just incredibly bitter and jaded.

So what do I do? What can I do?

Time to be honest.

My bf's sexual history intimidates me.

He's had 5 LTRs (including me), and around 26 sexual partners. I've had 5 LTRs (including him), and 6 sexual partners.

He is also 10 years older than me, which of course would also count for the difference, but still, it just seems like so many women to me. What are the chances I'm magically the best he's ever had? What are the chances I bump into these women and chat with them with no idea he once fucked the daylights out of her?

I wonder how many women he's had sex with who were better in bed than me. I even have wondered about how different one vagina feels to another, internally, and worried "What if I don't feel as good inside as other women he's had sex with?" Such stupid stuff, I know.

If you’re a male high school senior in the US, and you haven’t had any sexual success yet, consider not wasting 4 years of your life at a 4-year university if you don’t have what you’re going for mapped out.

You’re going to end up accruing all the debt without a lick of the experiences you thought you’d gain from 4 years of college, and a degree that potentially feels worthless.

How can I stop being angry at doing my best to impress one of the most attractive women in the pub last night, only to see her go home with some other douche later that night? Nothing frustrates me more than how poorly the red pill is represented in this sub. There are too many incels and talking about the red pill with women is pointless. You lose the argument the moment you take a woman on here seriously. They do not have the experience of a man to understand it, and, well, theyre women.

The red pill is, simply put it, a messily put together set of notes by men, with the goal being that you "think" your way to happiness and success with women (so long as the thinking is followed by action). The blue pill is all the subliminal programming this capitalist, technocratic hellhole has been subtly sending to your mind. You "unplug" by creating certain patterns of behaviour that YOU decide, by changing your habits, thus changing your reality. These behaviours will make your life more fulfilled, happy and ensuring that every day you are growing as a person.

Habits are very hard to change, and takes serious willpower. Gym is highly promoted for this very reason. Hitting the gym builds willpower, and anything you want to create in life you must will into existence. Yin and Yang.

I believe there's also an esoteric dimension to it. I have no doubt the original red pillers had an interest in esoterica too.

STOP WATCHING PORN.

When it comes to all the writings on women, read into Illimitable Man's material on his website (@tellyoursonthis on Twitter) and red pill sidebar. Evolutionary psychology is a bit questionable, but it doesnt matter, these mental models *work*. In your mind, something strange will happen where everything just clicks. By reading this knowledge, and properly internalising it, it'll tune your intuition to a way of thinking and being that is attractive to women. Put the effort in, and it'll become effortless. It's ALL in the mind, you see!

For those with vitriolic hatred against women, understand this: Men are worse. There are so many dishonourable, sick men out there with no values and principles, who behave like animals. Some men are FUCKED UP. We are more powerful, so obviously we will be more fucked up. So either be a misanthrope, or accept the ugliness of men and women as flaws of human nature and be at peace with it. Nothing is unfair. Unfairness isnt a thing until you make it a thing.

Most importantly, think CRITICALLY. Dont accept anything as true until you see it in real life. And you will see it in real life. It's actually quite fucking scary and it makes sense why Red Pill is so fringe.

I wrote this all with LOVE and the hope that I can genuinely help some of the more fatalistic guys here. Show compassion for yourself and begin the journey. This is your sign. I pray you will all find your path in life and ascend this material plane into the heavens.

There is no empathy from the women here, they dont give a fuck about you. They dont want you to understand what women are really like, because the sexual strategies of men and women conflict each other. Some of these women are straight up evil. I see it in them. This ones kind of dark. I cheated on my ex I had dated for 2 years (sexually) some months ago and they’ve since moved on (also sexually) to other people, admittedly deserved and good for them. When I moved away to college we decided to try to go long distance, but I could feel them slowly drifting away from me. One night after many nights of them pushing off hanging out with me, I felt lonely and I cheated. We broke up soon after. Therapy gets a bad rap here, but cognitive behavioral therapy helped me a lot. It's about teaching the skills to cope (this is not a bad word) with hurtful thoughts and rewiring your brain to favor the areas associated with constructive, logical reasoning rather than the portions associated with fear and survival responses that have as a result of trauma likely been made more prominent in your neurological processes.

First dates aren't the most important.

Have an actual reason for approaching someone that doesn't just have to do with thinking they're hot.

Don't worry about trying to please the other person. Being yourself and going for what you want will find someone who is most compatible with you.

There's no dating rules like "the man has to do ___ and the woman has to do _____." Those are gone now so do what you want.

Don't bother looking for a relationship if you're not ready to live up to someone else's expectations.

How do you men feel about approaching women? I never do it because I don't agree with the idea that you should pursue a woman who clearly doesn't want you back, because you're trying to force a connection onto someone and you hate it because you're not getting the results you want. Plus according to TRP, you're going to be rejected by 90% of women you meet, because women spend the majority of their time weeding out guys they don't like while men spend the majority of their time finding a woman who actually likes them back. So logically it would make sense to find a woman who likes you back and without having to feel like your pursing her just to get her online you it should happen naturally.
