I don't believe in the idea that you need to date many people to "know what you want" or avoid future mistakes. There are people who jump from relationship to relationship without ever noticing theer mistakes. A lot of it comes naturally through maturing, being a good observer and having strong values.

Total time on elliptical: 47 mins (+5 min cool down)

Leg day at the gym before elliptical-

Weekly review of my body- Started plant based diet. Been doing good so far eating very little meat. Weight is at 87.3 kg (~192 lbs). Dropped maybe 0.4 kg since Monday. Starting to see a vertical line in the middle of my stomach where my abs are so I guess my body is improving.

A few thoughts after my first week at this new job

9-5's don't actually seem to be as common as people say they are; or at least not below a college-educated level
In many ways, I thought I'd hate the 9-5 lifestyle, but I think it actually kind of helps my ADHD when I've got shit to do for a big chunk of the day.
- Well, at least, the less I think about it, the more manageable it is
I remember swearing that I'd never work 2 jobs but yet here I am, literally working two jobs for fun. (albeit the second job is on the weekends and with shorter shifts)

Feeling super unmotivated with dating lately, kinda burned myself out

There’s one girl I wanted to see last weekend, but she had plans so we said this weekend. Haven’t texted her and now it’s probably too late to make plans.
