The generalized behaviour of hypergamy holds here. This is also a reason why Myron (don't fully trust the guy) is right here. The stronger a woman becomes, the less skewed her dating pool will be as power level is a pyramid and higher you go, lesser are the people at top. As women usually look for only stronger males she will have less choices and the guys stronger than her won't date her as Myron says guys won't date themselves but the opposite as opposite attracts always.

You should have phrased it better by saying why don't stronger women date weaker men or a higher earning woman earns a lower earning guy. The answer is simple hypergamy.

Note: There are some which will but that ratio is really low. I come from a family fitting that ratio but never seen anyone conform to that ever and I have been in about 6 states in India and 3 countries.

I think a large part of it is frankly cause most beta simps are pathetic, lack self respect and lack boundaries. Thing is, you can be a more submissive, support type guy and still have enough self respect to not simp - any self respected supportive submissive type of person will tell you, boundaries matter.

There are those of us out there that do. My exwife was also a Marine and I date a lot of women that are also type-a. The issue is, a lot of type-a people can be assholes about it and they lack the wisdom or discernment to know when to go with the flow or how to influence indirectly instead of acting like a bull in a china shop. The kind of woman who foregoes both having fun and and family when young to grind in her career/studies is incredibly status and money-driven. She's not into guys that she feels to be "lesser" than her; and after years of climbing Mt.Ego, it's almost all of them (and the ones who are good enough, they're well-off enough to get a younger woman to have a family, or just have fun with hot young babes).

She feels that a beta man would cost them money and even status, and incredibly, among PMC circles, it may be the case.

The exception I find to this are (some) female doctors, who despite studying and working their ass off, are quite fun-loving, party hard, and marry hot artists/jocks, sometimes blue collar, sometimes younger than them, who do the bulk of child-rearing due to more flexible schedules and being more mobile around town. Nurses too, at a slightly lower SES class. But then again, they're not career women/leaders, but caretakers, even if highly qualified ones.

Because women are attracted to dominance. This doesn't change just because the woman is an alpha. What changes is that she wants (and needs) an even bigger alpha. Men tend to be quite flexible, but women simply are not. The more masculine that you make women, then the harder men will always have to work to keep up.

Because these men aren't sexually attractive to women, then that means they have to either accept a situation where a woman is settling for him and using him for security, or move somewhere where the women are more feminine (and he's more alpha).

The former is generally what happens. The alpha woman runs the carousel, and finally realizes that a relationship will simply never work with someone she's sexually attracted to because of power dynamics. She'll then commit to being single, or she'll settle for the beta, and then cheat on him to get the best of both.

This is why it's important for men to understand women (particularly these women), power dynamics, etc. Lots of men get fucked over because they don't. These type of women are a cancer, and I don't say this because I resent women who have a bunch of power. I say this because women with a bunch of power functionally does not work. Alpha women are like these two contradicting personalities merged into one, and they are incapable of being fulfilled because of this need for them to be both beta and alpha, and a result - the man needing to be the same.

Don't get me wrong, I think she's kind of moronic, but I can identify with her core sentiment. I dated a lot of beta dudes and it just never worked. I never respected them. I wasn't attracted to them, and I felt like I did everything. And the idea that leader men don't want leader women just isn't true. Men who are confident in their leadership skills tend to love a leader woman. Mine personally adores that he doesn't have to direct or lead me because I'm instep with him.

If you're asking me to theorize why, my best stab in the dark is that beta women bring a lot more to the table than beta men and men are keyed to like beta women because most men aren't truly leaders, so they need a woman who will never challenge their throne so to speak. Whereas, beta men bring a lot less to the table as subs, constantly challenge the throne so to speak, and women are not keyed to like and respect beta men.

But again, this assumes the whole leader/beta dynamic is truly what is occurring. In the case of this woman, I would bet she's not a leader, she's an anxious controlling monster who was probably somewhat emotionally abusive to those men.

Men are more likely to be okay with being romantically/sexually involved with someone who they have to "take care of" in the sense of either financially or emotionally.

Women, on the other hand, are more likely to want to date someone of equal responsibility or higher.

It's why there is a lot of talk about how women "date up or equal", where as men usually "date down".

It seems like men are much more willing to support a partner at the expense of themselves, while women are more likely to support their partner if they feel assured it will lead to a net gain for either themselves or the relationship.
