Mine is a little bigger than most. Not MASSIVE, but fairly above average.

It does hurt my partners if I'm not careful. I understand that kind of pain isn't pleasant. I don't enjoy hurting them, I restrict myself a lot in order to make sure that I'm not hurting them.

I am a guy, and I have done way too much research than I would like to admit about this topic. From what I have found is that all things considered equal (technique, emotional connection, looks, etc.) women prefer a larger dick up to a point. If a guy is too long he can ram into a woman's cervix and cause pain making sex unenjoyable for her, and if a guy is too thick and does not warm her up enough it is also not enjoyable.

At the same time as a guy you are so much more than your dick. There is your personality, how you treat her, etc. that goes so much farther than having a big dick. I do think it’s more accurate to say that women like the idea of a bigger penis than the actual experience of it. The size-queens are a minority, though I would agree that a decent percentage of women would have their partners have longer or thicker members if they could alter it.

They would be estimating, or relying on info given to them by their partner (and let’s be real, most guys are going to exaggerate a bit when telling they’re partner). Basically, size all becomes relative at that point. Let’s say a woman has 5 sexual partners. Based on actual research, average length is 5.1 in, and we assume her partner tells her he’s packing 6 inches (cause it sounds good and is a safe number to round up). Based on the law of averages, 2 more of those 5 partners would be roughly the same length, and our imaginary woman assumes those partners were also 6 inches (give or take). 1 of those five partners might be bigger, and maybe does feel better (keep in mind, 6.3 inches is in the 95th percentile). But she knows it’s bigger than “six inches” so assumes it’s 7.

All that to say, this research is trash and inaccurate, and genuinely misleading.

I think this goes under the assumptions people have on how to feel pleasure during sex.

From what I can tell many women don't necessarily feel pleasure on the inside unless it's the g spot which is located near the clit and stimulation around the clit gives em pleasure.

I think the reason big dick leads to positive experiences is moreso the illusion and expression of confidence. A guy with a big or average dick is likely to not be as self conscious and by proxy more able to perform. It's usually written as a metaphor for dominance in nsfw works.

I don’t understand what controversial claim this is supposed to be disproving? If you line up a bunch of humans side by side in a survey and ask people which human they prefer, obviously everyone is going to pick the one with the most number of traditionally attractive features. That doesn’t mean that they aren’t also perfectly happy to actually be with a less attractive person in real life. It just means that there are certain qualities that most people agree is more attractive generally than others. There are also people who do genuinely prefer something that is not in the top percentile of a thing. Who prefer average. Or who don’t mind something being not the biggest, or skinniest, or tallest, or richest, or hottest. But when asked in a survey putting them all side by side, they’d pick the top percentile. Because that’s how surveys work.
