When I was like in between the ages of 12 and 14 there were two girls I found very unattractive, and would be upset at their presence. However, once I started to become aware that I also exist, and others also perceive me, and I certainly wasn’t the best looking, I quickly sympathised and stopped. You have to have an emotional intelligence equal to a 14 year old or be a narcissist to treat people badly if they look bad.

I don’t think most men deny that guys have very little interest in ugly women. I think the counter-argument usually goes more like “but how many women are actually going to be viewed as too ugly to fuck by literally all men?” it’s not something that’s particularly common considering the fact that femc3ls seem to barely be a thing compared to inc3ls online.

I am friends with a buch of below-average and avarage women. None of them fat.

They're deeply traumatized by everything men did to them, bullying, ridiculing, names calling, contempt.

They do not interact with men in any shape or form to the point they'd not go to the grocery shop cash register staffed by male employee in fear he'd think they're hitting on him and start ridiculing and bullying.

To women, ugly men are just that, ugly men. To men, ugly and avarage women are dirt and worms.

As an ugly girl, men definitely tend to be more mean about it than women. Maybe because they’re naturally more look-focused or idk, but that’s my experience.

Us (women) recognize that there are ugly men out there, we definitely don’t think all men are hot, basically we still acknowledge that ugly men exist. But some guys refuse to believe ugly women with dating problems exist… not because they think “all women are beautiful queens”, but because they really couldn’t care less about those ugly women to the point that they don’t even acknowledge them as “women”. Ugly men are still men in women’s eyes, but it’s like in the eyes of some guys the “women” term is reserved to 20yo hot extrovert girls only, and not to the ugly/old/disabled/etc. women. I’ve been bullied for my looks when I was in school. The girls were passive aggressive and either 1. felt pity for me or 2. avoided me. The guys were the ones that always liked to express their opinions, saying how I was the “ugliest girl in the class” or make jokes about my looks.

imo women mostly act passive aggressive and/or avoid starting problems with men in general, ugly or not. I wish the guys in my school acted more like that, but no, some of them definitely were that type that got irrationally angry at ugly women, as if our existence was an attack to them (“how dare you not being attractive?!”)

Full honesty: I avoid them and try to keep things short if I do have a conversation with them. I am always polite, but part of me is always itching to get away. I guess this I want you call the ick. Still, I try to give everyone a fair shake, and I'm not going to go batshit insane crying about other people's looks because while I am far from a normal, well-adjusted human being - I derive no pleasure from making others feel like shit (rather the opposite) nor do I intend to be a public nuisance.

As an ugly woman, you don't have the privilege of "women are beautiful", men have no reason to treat you nicely in order to possibly be rewarded with sex, so they basically treat you like a weak and non-threatening man who differs from the average and therefore attracts rather negative attention. what i’m reading is basically that overweight individuals pay more attention to parts of themselves that they find attractive, despite reporting higher levels of body dissatisfaction.

The overweight sample rated their own body as less attractive and showed a more disturbed body image. Contrary to our assumptions, they focused significantly longer on attractive compared to unattractive regions of both their own and the control body. For one’s own body, this was more pronounced for women. A higher weight status and more frequent body checking predicted attentional bias towards attractive body parts. I think most men just ignore the women they don't find attractive just like most women avoid the men they are not interested in. To be rude or cruel to a person is not something I think most people do because that is just not necessary.

I will say that I have a bit of a dislike for both men and women who are not desirable yet still have incredible expectations for the attributes they want in a partner. Its the stereotypical '4 looking for a 9' type thing.

I resent the fact that a large amount of women have standards and expectations that are completely entitled where they put very high standards for the person they are looking for while putting almost none to themselves. That blatant entitlement I have seen very often in the chronically single women of my social circles.

It usually involves these women (who are easily way below average desirability for their age) who complain about how tough it is to be single and how they cannot find someone who meets standards that are maybe 1-2% of men can fulfill. In my esperience these same women are delusional about how desirage they are.

If an unattractive woman is not entitled and coping about how great she is, I think most men would not have such negative attitudes towards them. Its the entitlement that drives many men to actively dislike them because entitlement is not attractive on anyone. Wanting something you didn't earn is not a sexy feature.

If a woman that I think is ugly is polite and not a bad person, then I will have no resentment for her or negativity towards her.

So just quickly taking a look at your profile, your entire premise falls because you're simply just not ugly. As to why men keep calling you ugly I don't know, but I can tell you that your lived experience of that is not the norm.

If you are extremely hideous or disfigured, then it's a problem for women, but if they are just ugly or even slighlty average, they still have tons of option, way more than your average or ugly guy. The reason why women think they are ignored by men is because they aknowledge they get ignored by the top tier men while they ignore the lower tier men completely, like they are invisible. For women in general, the lower tier men do not exist at all. Trust me, if you would go for men at your level, you would have a relationship immediatly.

Most men, even if not ugly or not poor, get zero attention from anybody. Also men never get invited to parties and have to pay for everything from nightclubs to dinners. So it is way harder.. even impossible to have access to a social life.

What i'am saying here is that i believe a not attractive woman will might have it harder than most women but still could have some opportunities while men if their not top level not only on physique but also money, game,... they are completly doomed

I'm not openly mean to anyone for the most part. Once in a while, IF I were to ever be kind of blunt or short with, or ignore someone, it'd probably be with an attractive woman I assume has a bunch of simps waiting hand and foot on her and I'm sensing an entitled snobby spoiled aura from her. I'm not saying I'm always right in doing this, I'm saying if I'm mean to a woman it's more likely going to be an attractive woman. The exception is if the person is just being mean or nasty and I'm returning the favor for that reason.

Men can you be truthfully honest about how you feel towards women who are ugly? I am constantly bullied and told how ugly I am in community's and let's not get started on the racism. Fine you don't find me attractive,.why are looks brought up in the midst chill moments?

How constant is constantly? It is true that I behave differently towards women who I find attractive than towards other people. But this does not imply that I mistreat women who are unattractive. I am curious about your stories here.

24 Μ to answer your question extremely ugly people or women will get my attention (not exactly invisible that id probably for average people) the thoughts or feelings I have for them are something like pity and being uncomfortable

The behaviour you describe being mean to them attacking them etc is something I consider indecent and due to bad treatment as a teen for similar reasons by women is something I strongly oppose and even among guys I know I would be kind of surprised to see that. Although in teenagers among kids and in online communities is sadly common and I am sorry for your experience

On the other hand I have seen men badmouthing ungly women in private and while they won't dare attack the physical appearance ungly people will be judged more strictly than beautiful (pretty privilege)

There was one woman who while I considered her character good she was way too unattractive and when I met her not only was I single but I felt bad about the absence of love affection and sex. We were friendly and chatted whenever I saw her but never pursuit her. Other than the obvious reason I felt it would be kind of bad if I were to pursuit her without liking her more than "you seem a chill nice and good caring person and I appreciate those qualities in a partner " and since I d do the first move it could be somewhat dishonest.

The good ending is that for a couple of years she is in a relationship and she seems very happy and when I learned it I felt good

Ungly people and women will be judged unfairly and be expected to "compensate" for that by other qualities and criticised way more for unrelated bad qualities (ego, shitty bitch behaviour, gold digging etc) The same way poor people or social outcasts will be judged unfavourably (looks are worst because in theory you can change economic status, obesity is exception). But it is kind of sad when you change money status and appearance for the better and suddenly see certain people treating you as human being. The only positive thing I can think of being ungly broke etc is you don't have that kind of people around you

To be fair, attractive women also make men feel annoyed, angry and other emotions that aren't positive. It has far less to do with looks, and far more to do with character/behavior.

As a guy, there is a difference between sexual attraction and social attraction.

I would be considered conventionally attractive, so if I show an outward interest in wanting to interact with a woman, they're mostly always open to it.

The attitude and personality of the woman makes all the difference. If I think she is attractive and has an amazing personality, then that's obviously the best scenario. If I don't find her attractive and she has an amazing personality I'm still completely down to interact with her. No matter the appearance, if their personality or attitude sucks I want nothing to do with them.

Just last night, I was at an event at a large table full of women. Out of the ten or so, I only think two of them are attractive, but they were quiet and reserved. They'd interact with me very willingly, but I just found them boring. I had a much better time just talking shit and laughing my ass off with the three least attractive (to me) the majority of the time.

I guess if no women interacted with me, I'd have a different take. I just find the premise of this post to be wrong.
