Reading the room, here's what I'm able to get out of all of this:

Women face a ton of social stigma and have other inherent barriers to have sex with a man. So for a man to get that, despite her sexual urges, he has to overcome her barriers and give her a sense of security. This usually comes in the form of some sort of commitment rather than a hookup.

If I'm understanding right, this is more of a "why aren't more women just hooking up for sex if they're as horny as men?" question.

I'd argue the answer is a biological imperative to protect from unwanted offspring (carefully picking a mate), ensuring the mate will remain with her to help raise the offspring, secure her wellbeing. Women suffer from base instincts just as much as the male whose biological imperative is to spread his seed far and wide.

The other elephant in the room is slut shaming or complaining that "she belongs to the streets", "her father must be proud", "body count is too high". If you're going to be a social pariah for having sex then you'd be nuts to have sex.

Trust is also important to ensure they feel comfortable to consent or not consent if needed. Another reason they need a bond first. Their immediate safety is a concern.

This is why I think the game is necessary for men who really do want a lot of female partners. At a minimum a man must date to get sex and must expect to break up to find new partners.

This can be accomplished by creating a support structure for women they get with, both by offering replacement boyfriends (introducing new men) and even emotionally supporting during the inevitable breakup.

Not only does that system benefit men but also other men and benefits the women who eventually land on the right guy.

When the time is right and the person is right, love will happen as it was meant to.

I think you have little hints of truth but as usual here, women’s motivations are always completely misunderstood.

Women like good, safe sex. Unfortunately, that’s not a guarantee with any guy. Let’s think of the minor and major consequences of sex for women specifically: bad sex, irritation, disrespect, pain, stds, pregnancy, overall bodily danger. I don’t think a lot of guys realize how any one of these could completely deter even the horniest of women from acting in their desires.

If there was a magical guarantee that we’d all be safe, with wonderful orgasms and not treated like sentient sex toys then maybe we’d be in a different situation.

I used to think this too. I think in many ways, men, because of more work required to get sex, are used to going longer periods without sex but I've found women aren't very good at this because they naturally don't have as much practice. From what I've seen, many women won't hesitate to have lots of casual sex to satisfy their cravings, in many cases with a higher threshold for male attractiveness, but women who don't do this will typically go from one LTR to another to ensure that this need is met. As a dude, I've been assaulted by a woman for sex when I did not consent. More than once. As I talked to guy friends about this, some admitted to the same thing, where they weren't totally OK with it and the woman had their way with them. Saying this just to illustrate that I believe women do indeed want sex at least as much as guys do, but how they go about getting it is entirely different from us.
