Ive always been pro choice and Ive never really thought it fair to force a woman to carry a pregnancy to term or to make a woman support a child that she does not want/is incapable of caring for. However, as I've grown older I've noticed that men do not have this option. If they get a woman pregnant they're on the hook for child support. People are quick to blame men and tell them that they shouldn't have had sex if they aren't willing to accept the consequences but doesn't that apply to women too then? The government is obviously in it for the money but shouldn't men be able to demand financial abortions ? To walk away and not pay any child support if he gives up all paternal rights ? Allowing women to get abortions but not men is misandry and no, it isn't doing what's best for the child because then you'd also ban abortions.
