Instantly sexually attractive? Yes, it's a very small amount of men that fit my type. I see attractive men every day, but they're not my type. They're attractive men, but not sexually attractive to me.

I must be an outlier, because I'd say most men are attractive in some way. I am not particularly picky. I would say I look at men like how men look at women. Very sexually, haha! Like I check out almost ALL men and make some sort of assessment.

Depends on what you mean by "attractive". If you mean "people I find good looking enough to go out on a date with", then I'd say I find a lot of guys attractive. If you mean "people I find good looking enough to want to immediately bone'', then I'd say I hardly find anyone attractive, male or female. Can't really say about percentages, I've never paid a lot of attention to how many people I see daily, and how many of them I would consider going out with. At best, I think "huh, he looks nice", and then continue thinking about what I'm making for dinner or if we're out of milk.

Do I see a lot of men who I think are objectively aesthetic? Yes.

Do I generally feel any arousal toward these men I see? No. Not really.

I have to be in their presence or psychologically invested (this could take a few moments or a while) to potentially feel sexual desire or arousal or what I think you mean by “attraction” toward them.

Do the men I find objectively aesthetic have a higher chance of entering my orbit and thus have a chance to potentially sexually turn me on? Yes.

I have taken a second look at a guy for being very good looking with 3 men in my life. But it was basically me admiring their beauty like I admire extremely pretty women, nothing more.

I have never felt anything sexual towards men I didn't have an exceptionally close relationship with, and the ones I've felt that towards don't overlap with the guys mentioned above.

Im 40 and right now I can only think of two guys who have “gave me the tinkles”. I went out with one of them once but didn’t sleep with 8 years ago. The other one is a guy from my gym.

Do I run into men that I think are attractive? Yes, but its only like “oh he is hot” and continue with my life.

In southern Italy where younger men are much better kept I find so many more of them handsome, but me being attracted to them as in wanting to spend time and have sex with them is a different story

In northern Italy I find the men less well kept and less handsome, but that doesn’t disqualify attraction.

I am not usually attracted to someone if I don’t get along with them on top of not being physically repulsed, I’ve liked very questionable and objectively ugly but charming men.

From men my age? No I’d say the number that meet the bare minimum physical attraction can range anywhere from 40-60% depending on location. However physical attraction isn’t enough for me to be really attracted to a guy. I’d have to get to know his character. In that sense, then yes it would be very rare.

I think there are important parameters that you need to be clear about when asking someone that question.

I would say that I'm attracted to a small percentage of men in general but attracted to like 50% of men roughly in their 20s. According to the data I'm seeing that's gonna be roughly 10% of American men.

I do only find a tiny fraction of men attractive. Maybe like in a group of 100 men maybe 5 of those men would be attractive to me maybe even less.

I rarely get crushes or see people when I am out. I have seen a few people so it's not totally impossible. I mostly swipe left on dating apps. A lot of men are not my type or what I find attractive.

So I get really excited when I see someone who I find attractive and is interested in me. Because it is really rare.

I have a specific type. White, under 35, blue or green eyes, brown hair, clean cut looking. No tattoos or anything. So there’s probably a minority of the population that ticks every single one of those boxes and makes me instantly take notice. But very importantly it doesn’t mean I think everyone else is ugly…they can be objectively okay looking or attractive and not my type.

Seeing someone who is objectively attractive and being attracted to them are 2 very different things.

Layer onto that, the fact the neither of those is necessarily an inclination to do anything other than notice their appearance.

It doesn’t mean that I want to, or would seek to, have any sort of contact with them, much less generate any kind of physical/sexual desire.

Women are not men. It generally doesn’t work the same way.

If we’re only including men in the general age range I am more likely to find attractive (mid 20s to early 40s), then I’d say no. It’s not most, but not a “tiny fraction.” Not many who would turn my head exactly, but a decent number who I’d think were good looking if I talked to them or someone asked what I thought… I can’t put a percentage on it really since people are just more likely to notice those who are either very attractive or very ugly. If they’re “my type” (or one of my types) definitely plays a big role along with more objective attractiveness.

I’m bi and more women do catch my attention, don’t know if it’s because women present themselves better or if there really are more objectively attractive women. I think most of it is level of effort. I also don’t immediately want to have sex with anyone male or female based on looks alone.

It depends on the setting honestly and the ages of the men involved. Working at a hospital I probably find 10% of the men there attractive. Most are Middle-aged to elderly and sick. When I go to the gym, I probably find 40-50% of the men there attractive. If you narrow it down to young-looking men (20s to 30s) that are relatively fit then the percentage goes up to 60-70%. The fitness aspect of the red pill is the only part of it that I agree with (and it’s not really exclusive to TRP).

Pre-obesity I find most people attractive. That doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll have sex with them but they are attractive enough if we were compatible in other ways I’d consider them as a potential partner. Attractive enough to have sex with hasn’t happened to me I usually fantasize about non-sexual quality time that we’d spend together. I have met and had extremely attractive men interested in me but I typically wasn’t enthused. I only think about them, for example, when you asked me this question that caused me to reflect on my life but they didn’t impress me enough for me to think about them randomly.

As for coming up with a number I don’t pay attention to people in public I’m not constantly (or ever) searching for attractive men randomly I have never felt the need too.

I'm demi, meaning that I can feel attraction only to people who I know somewhat well and I have emotional bond with. So if by "attractive" you mean "sexually/romantically appealing", that's less than 0.1%, because so far I've been attracted only to 3 people and I'm in my late 20s.

I often see attractive men and women, it just doesn't do anything for "down there" as you've said it. I just appreciate their attractiveness and that's all. I've never felt attraction on the spot and I doubt I have physical capability to do so.

I think women finding few men sexually appealing would give you higher percentage if they thought about men they actually know closely. A lot of women need more cues than just visual ones.

Attractive as in would fuck immediately? Very few. If we're talking like kinda cute, might go out on a date with if they asked then that's a fair percentage. Some fall in to that category but they just aren't your personal type. I think this is true for most people. Very few people are attractive enough to provoke raw lust upon first glance. I think dating (and by extension attraction) is exclusionary by nature. I think it's unrealistic to expect a person to find the majority of the opposite sex attractive.

I have a problem separating out physical and emotional attraction though. As in, there are many men who're objectively hot af, but who turn me off in some way mentally, whether they exhibit some cringe behavior or just show a sign that they would be very incompatible with me personally. I instantly stop paying attention, looks alone are not enough to keep me interested even in that carnal physical way.

I don't think my 5% is the top 5% in the way blackpillers try to imply though. I think it's my personal taste and not an objective assortment shared by all women and then we just each choose how wide of a net to cast from the top.

I find like 30-40% of the men in my age range pretty attractive (to me that means a rating of 6-10). Maybe an additional 30% are “meh” to me. The rest are a “no way jose”, and those dudes are usually like…the 25-40 years old who have no teeth or are 600 lbs. One thing to note though is that doesn’t mean I will sleep with them on the spot, as many women have keenly observed, we don’t have the same sex drive mechanism.

I think it really depends on sex drive of the woman, though. The main thing that motivates men to pick a lot of different women is that they’re flooded with testosterone. If you gave women a shot or two of testosterone, they would probably become less inhibited about who they slept with and more attracted to a lot of different men.

My borderline ace bestie thinks a lot of men look weird, and would probably agree with the Two X girls that she only finds 1-5% of men attractive. Before anyone goes “ChAaD” her type is either extremely skinny dudes or fat dudes who are nerds in fandoms and/or furries. It’s just hard for her to be attracted to someone because her sex drive is quite low. If you look at a lot of the posts from Two X, you will also notice that a lot of the users are not very jazzed about sex or are not into it. Some want it once a month. I’d encourage everyone to search that topic in Two X, because it is quite illuminating. If you are someone who only wants once a month sex, I think it is a safe bet that you would not be the kind of person drooling over men constantly.

None of that makes a man "attractive" to me if we're going by the definition of "attraction" that means I'm turned on, desire him, or even am interested in him. None, zero zip nada. Good looks are fun to look at, but that is all (for me). So is a fucking painting, and so what? I have no desire to sleep with attractive men, date them, or even talk to them.

I know, I know, "good looks get you in the door" is a common enough saying around here. For me, though, they don't. I'm not into that.

Close to 1% or less, unfortunately. Literally only one person in my high school class of 300 (half being women, of course). Of all of the people I've seen in pictures or on the street, maybe I've been physically attracted to 10-20 men in total? And I'm a software engineer in a big city who games and does competitive weightlifting, I feel like I met tons of men who match my personality preferences.

I don't think all women are as hardcore as I am, but I do suspect that many women have more options than the average guy and the specificity of their attraction may reflect this. But I also have less dating-related insecurities than my friends which may cause my low attraction percentage. If you just want to be loved, you'll probably let your imagination run wild more often than I do. Luckily I started finding a trickle of guys that are exactly my type in college and beyond.

Good luck! I know these things can be disheartening to hear if you're trying to calculate your chances of finding a partner who had deep attraction to you. But hopefuly this enlightens you to at least one woman's view on attraction. I'm sure the specifics for everyone is different.

Eh I find most tallish, physically fit men with good hairlines from 20-40 attractive. Not enough to pursue anything necessarily, but attractive. Hollywood actors and some regular men can be very attractive in their early 40s. I expect when I’m in my 50s I’ll find men in their 50s attractive.

I have to like something indescribable about the way a man carries himself to find him attractive enough to actually be interested.

I would say roughly 80% of men of my appropriate age are perfectly handsome in my opinion and would fall into the range of "dateable"- that being that if I got to know them, and we made sense as a couple (similar views, good conversations, enjoy each other's company, want the same stuff), I'd probably happily be with (assuming I were single- I am happily in a relationship). But I wouldn't WANT them the minute I looked at them. My attraction to others takes a while to warm up so to speak. I don't really feel that spark right away. That does not mean I could never possibly feel something for them, date them, or desire them. I think a lot of people are wired this way. It doesn't mean that we're just asexual or have extremely high standards. Looks alone- I truly believe very few people are undesireable, or objectively unattractive to the point that if someone really vibed with them, their looks alone would kill the possibility of relationship. I think a lot of other factors play a deeper role for me personally.
