Damaged goods is kind of a weird way to look at it, they’re still human beings with depth and complexity.

That being said, I don’t think I would. Even if they are “reformed” it just poses a risk and fundamental compatibility issue. There are plenty of women out there that don’t have the baggage that comes with OF and are much more aligned in views towards intimacy and sexuality.

Let me put it this way: I'm physically disabled. I was born with a genetic disorder/chronic illness which slowly made me go blind over the course of my adolescence and young adulthood. Honestly Im really conflicted on it. In my personal lived experience it never works out with women who were previously very promiscuous. Theres deep psychological issues at the root and very very seldomly are they just pure hedonists. Its extremely unlikely that you are going to be the one that "fixes" them. All comes down to the amount of options a guy has. If he is very attractive then he almost certainly won’t take a woman with a OF past( or promiscuous past in general) seriously for a long term relationship. Obviously it will have no bearing on him sleeping with her but she’ll likely never make it out of the sex zone.

The vast majority of guys however don’t have options so if she is otherwise relatively attractive she will still have a queue of guys looking to wife her up…even if deep down they are disgusted by her past.

But even then that may not be a guarantee. Engrained behaviors and thoughts are really tough to shake off even though we may try to change our ways.

I think that it’s perfectly feasible that a former OF model can find love. Having an OF is not a bad thing. And there are many reasons for someone not to date a person with an OF that don’t involve degrading that person or deeming them a ho. Me personally I wouldn’t date an OF model because I’m a private person and I’d rather date someone that is off the radar like me. Not because I find OF disgusting. Long answer, I'm really opposed to sex work, but I don't think it "reduces people's value." Dating is not a shopping center, you do not "lose points" for having sex, and having a promiscuous phase does not make you damaged goods. It's totally fine to want to date someone with a lower body count, but the only people who would refer to another human being with thoughts, feelings, and experiences as "damaged goods" are probably a bit "damaged" themselves (or at least chronically online.)

I'm against sex work because I think it's exploitative, degrading, and treats women as a sort of commodity. It pisses me off that so many young people have been convinced that selling themselves on the internet is empowering (and that so many others feel like they have to do it to make money). It's gross and dystopian, and it also gives lonely losers an extremely warped view of women and sex. Seriously, we have access to more boobs in five minutes than Genghis Khan did in his entire life, and it's fucked up.
